Great service from Jake Marshall
The service we receive from Jake Marshall is great. He is attentive and responds to emails promptly. We are a small block of 30 flats which previously had little maintenance by the former freehold owner. Since the leaseholders enfranchised and appointed JFM there have been huge improvements. Hence the 5 stars.

Outrageous fees, appalling service and zero customer service
Appalling Service!!!
I am a leaseholder in a large development with nearly 100 properties that fall under the management of JFM. We have recently had new windows and doors fitted to large blocks of flats and JFM are refusing to provide FENSA certificates which is not only frustrating the residents who have paid over £10,000 for this but is also stalling potential sales in the development. We are also suffering considerable loss of water pressure in the larger blocks which JFM are refusing to address. Their appalling lack of due care and diligence and simple problem solving is now negatively affecting the lives of the residents as a whole. They overcharge for everything and the accounts are in disarray resulting in double payments and constant amendments. If they are your managing agents petition to get rid of them as soon as possible!

Nobody would care LESS about your property as JFM!
One of the worst management companies existed. The only thing they can do efficiently is to get into your pocket for more money. The service charge is rising every year well above inflation (5-10, sometimes 20%) for absolute zero service!
Our tenants lived with leaks and mould for years! They just simply never return calls and emails. They hire cheapest labour to make some repair work but charge you premium. The result looks shabby a month later but they just do not care. Make yourself a favour – never use those cowboys.

Great Service and Professional
Since the new appointment of the Managing Agents JFM in the summer. I have seen a great improvement not only on the grounds but the professionalism being exhibited towards ALL of the residents at BR. What has been a great improvement since JFM has been appointed, is when you raise a matter of concern pertaining to a service there response is reactive and they are keen to resolve the matter and keep you informed of the outcome. My experience with JFM thus far has been an excellent one and I am extremely happy that I can raise matters of concerns with confidence and know that it will be resolved swiftly. The Assistant Property Manager -Jamesie has been excellent , keep up the great work.

Jamesie Adams was my direct contact and he was very professional and responded to enquiries (and there were a lot!) in a very polite and efficient way which enabled our sale to progress extremely quickly from receipt of the LPE1. Jasmin David is always on the ball and responsive to emails the same day, she knows how important cash flow is and always insuring our invoices are paid in a timely manner, by doing this it insures our staff are paid on time and we can pay for supplies to keep the blocks looking in tip top form. This is my third review on staff at Jfm and i continue to be blow away by the service!

A YEAR of chasing for the air con liscence, still not done
It's been 11 months of chasing for the air con liscence. Pretty sure this liscence is a made up thing to suck the money from the residents. I've been waiting for a YEAR and its still not done - no sane person will tolerate such gazlighting and toxicity from the managing agent. Absolutly ridicilous i have to write here to motivate JFM to reply to my emails. CAN I HAVE MY LISCENCE I PAID FOR PLEASE?
