Smooth claim process
Filing a claim and getting a replacement was a very easy process. My adjuster helped me find a jeweler and had all the paperwork emailed to them before I even arrived. He couldn't have made it any easier.

There were too many hoops to jump through, and the process was made more difficult than it had to be. My existing appraisal documents weren’t approved, so I had to spend additional $1,000 and my time finding another appraisal. They asked for money to be collected multiple times after payment had already been submitted, and made it difficult to get a discount for having an existing alarm system (which I never received). I wouldn’t recommend using in the future.

I was devastated when I lost my grandmother's ring, but Jewelers Mutual made the whole process of replacing it easy and stress free. The claim process was easy to understand and complete on my own. The communication with them was quick and positive and they answered any questions that I had in a professional and caring way. They worked well with the jeweler I chose and kept in contact with me on the progress of the claim until the day I got to pick up my new ring. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to insure their items. I am absolutely going to add my new ring to my policy with my other jewelry so that I can have peace of mind that it will forever be safe and protected.
