I can’t understand why you charge for…

I can’t understand why you charge for check in and it kept on taking me payment page even after I had paid.

The check-in service that you mentioned here is the automated online check-in service. This means our system will automatically do the check-in for you on the date of departure and send the boarding pass to you. Since this is an additional service, it comes with an additional charge, not free. If you do not want to pay for this service, you can still check in by yourself directly on the airline's website or at the airport counter.

I was charged for a suitcase

I was charged for a suitcase, and I had already paid for because they hadn’t given the information to Virgin Atlantic and I need to cancel a booking going back to Canberra from Melbourne and it’s been almost impossible to do
