Do NOT purchase unlimited data pack. No response from support.
Package bought - 21 days unlimited data.
Worked fine the first 4 days.
5th day - it stopped working abruptly even though signal is on five bars.
Getting speeds of 0.02 Mbps on speedtest, unable to load google maps or even complete a google search.
Contacted support.
They say my connection has been refreshed and to restart my phone.
Problem remains unresolved.
Contact support again and have been ghosted by the support team since….
A few hours has passed now and still no reply from their whatsapp support.
Overall a horrible experience..
Update - 24 Hours Later
A “supervisor” named ‘Kay’ reached out after i posted a negative review and he said the issue was being investigated by the ‘network team’.
He fed me a couple of templated apology paragraphs etc and said they will personally provide an update if the network team does not reach out within 2 hours.
He did not provide an update, nobody reached out and issue remained unresolved
Update - 48 hrs later.
Still no reply or update.
It appears their ‘unlimited’ packs are a complete scam. According to their T&C Once you use 3GB a day they throttle your connection to 1Mbps. Which is completely false as my speeds were consistently <0.03 Mbps. Less than 3% of their advertised speeds.
So slow that it is completely unusable. Which in some situations can be dangerous when you can’t access basic maps especially when travelling!
So really the 21 day unlimited pack is more like a 63GB pack and is NOT unlimited (3GB/day)
Save yourself some money and just purchase 2x 40GB packs or try a different company.

Didn't work in Costa Rica despite significant help from Customer Services
Bought an e-sim for myself and my partner for Costa Rica. Despite following instructions, I couldn't get either to work. It appeared to pick up a mobile signal but insisted I was off-line.
I contacted Customer Services who helpfully explained I needed to change other settings but that failed to resolve the issue. I then contacted Customer Services again and this time their representative told me something different and that the previous instructions wouldn't work with the e-sims I had. But still the issue remained.
After spending far too long I asked for a refund which was granted and paid very quickly. That just left me without an e-sim so not happy.
I have been asked to add to this review so JetPac can better id me. I can't readily see any reference on emails but in whatsapp contacts I exchanged messages with an Angelika and a Christian and the Bill was originally for £21.25 paid I believe on 27 Feb. Hope this helps JetPac
