Bogus company!! Do not order from this company. I'm having my bank dispute this purchase i made. Somebody needs to put an end to this bogus company!!

I have to give it a 2star because of delivery time took 3months but I must say jersey is fire 🔥

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Unfortunately I fell into the trap, what is shown on the thumbnail of the product is just stolen, it is not what their product looks like. Received mine after around 10 days or so, but I ordered 2 shirts and only got one. Upon opening the package I saw the most horrendous attempt at a shirt copy, the material feels horrible and is almost see through and everything is printed onto the shirt.

This website is an absolute scam and I tell you NEVER buy from here.

But from DH gate or temu as they have better fakes, this shirt is so terrible it’s unwearable

Ordered some Ronaldo jerseys for my son. You do need to wait a period before your order is sent but it was well worth the wait. They are so much better than expected! They even came with shorts which I didn’t know so that was a bonus. I don’t understand the bad reviews as the quality is the exact same you would expect at a sports store. I’ll definitely be a returning customer because my experience was perfect.

Ordered Dec 11. 2 jerseys for Xmas. Paid up front. Arrived January 8 Wrong sizes wrong shirt. Much stress and disappointment. Cannot be returned as 30 days have passed. Money is gone. Grandsons disappointed. Jersey team world can’t be reached . Isn’t this illegal?

Scammers, do not buy from them. Jerseys are poor quality and they say they accept returns but they do not.

I ordered two jersey's on Oct 17th... They never came. I have exchanged several emails with them and have gotten nowhere. They repeatedly tell me my order is in transit. The tracking info has not changed since 11/1. They continue to send me the same tracking info stating that its now "updated". Package still shows in transit but now it says 11/6. They refuse to issue me a refund. I suggest customers look into IC3. Its a great resource to report companies like this.

This is scam. Ordered a jersey that never arrived. No phone number for customer service just an automated email that is B.S.

Shared with me tracking number that is being expecting the product to arrive in Jamaica since June the 11th. No change at all for a whole month.

Don't buy and use your money elsewhere as this company is a joke.

I'm really kicking myself in the rear that I did not read the reviews here regarding Jersey Teams Store before purchasing the shirts/jerseys. I ordered two Rugby Jerseys (New Zealand All Blacks and South Africa Springboks) and one Polo (Ireland) all from the 2023 World Cup series. I ordered extra large size. The polo shirt fit great. The two Rugby jerseys were extremely small for extra large. These were more like infant size. I tried to see if I could do an even exchange for 3x size. They refused the even exchange offer I made to them and told me that I was stuck with them. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company, they awarded me with dispute but then overturned their decision after the merchant got back with them showing that the items were delivered. My problem was with the size not the delivery.

Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this scandalous merchant.

I ordered a jersey on 12/4 in time for Christmas, the jersey arrived on 12/28, from the tracking it looked like it was sitting in a warehouse for weeks. When the jersey arrived, it was beyond small, I ordered a women's large for a family member, and I could barely wear it, and I am a small. I asked for a return and and a refund, they told me that each one is made individually for the person ordering it so could not be returned. How does this company get away with selling items that are supposed to be licensed by the NFL, but custom made for each order? DO NOT order anything from this company. I would not give it any stars if I could.

This is a SCAM company.
I ordered a jersey 11/26. Was told it would arrive in 12-17 days.
I asked for tracking update since link didn’t update and was told it was on schedule and not to worry.
I asked again next day and was told there is no problem with delivery and it is now 12-17 business days which btw it was still late to arrive by….
I told CSR I was reporting them and filing police report for theft. I then get an apology email and reminder it is the holiday season and they don’t have control of the courier.
Absolutely the worse on line purchase experience I’ve ever had.
This was a Christmas present that clearly I should have purchased by a more reputable seller. Always check reviews…
The 1 star rating was given because it’s the lowest option available. This is the worse online seller there is if -5 star was an option I’d use that. Definitely filing claim through my bank and reporting to BBB as well as all on line sales links who allow jerseystore to sell via their links.

I ordered a jersey for my grandson on Dec. 4th and did not receive it in time for Christmas. It apparently was shipped and is stilling in some warehouse awaiting delivery. This grandson is going in for surgery soon and I am so disappointed I have to give him a picture of the shirt he wanted for Christmas. I would not order unless you need something months from now.

I'm gutted I didn't check reviews on this particular website! I recently ordered a Sunderland top for my husband, admires his team! I received my order, very poorly made, the numbers and the logo appear to be just stuck on and it's just cheap tat if I'm honest. Gutted!

Company is a scam! DO NOT USE

Scam! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Ordered two jersey sets (4 pieces total) 2 jerseys and 2 shorts. They only shipped 1 jersey and it was the wrong size! We never received our other 3 items we paid for and had to open a dispute with paypal! Buyers beware! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR INCOMPLETE ORDERS AND WRONG SIZES! We waited over a month for the order to be shipped and when it arrived it was MISSING 3 of the 4 items and the 1 item sent was the WRONG SIZE!

This company is located in China, NOT California like the website claims.
This company left off my apartment number when shipping. The post office delivered my jersey to the front door of a 160 unit apartment building. Of course, I never received the item. They refused to make a claim with usps and refund me for my loss. Instead, they kept my money.
They also claimed the item can’t be refunded because it was custom made- but it was an off the rack jersey. If they are custom making them, they are making fakes. Regret shopping here.
