I was very happy with the service, communication, processing time and delivery time , the fabric was soft and printed beautifully . I will definitely order again

I ordered 50m of fabric in June, split into a mix of 6 different designs. This is considered a big order for my small business.

When the fabrics were ready to despatch I was charged for an additional 10m of fabric with no explanation. I was confused, but it seems they printed some extra and wanted me to pay for it. In my excitement to receive the fabric I paid the invoice.

4 of the fabrics I then received were printed incorrectly (e.g. printed in tile instead of mirror, or completely incorrect scale to how I'd input it into their system.)

It took some arm-twisting but Fatih agreed to reprint the error prints but would only send them if I placed another order, so he could include it in the shipment. Another mistake on my part, to think the best of this company.

A few weeks later I'm informed by email that they've printed the order with the exact same errors!? And no offer to reprint it correctly! They refunded the additional order I'd placed because at this point I was furious to have my time and money wasted in this way.
So I never did receive the fabrics I ordered, instead I have two lots of fabrics with printing errors.

The entire email exchange was peppered with the company owner explaining he was on holiday or travelling, and I don't think he apologised once. This is wildly unprofessional behaviour and I would tell other businesses to avoid.

I'm very happy with my fabric! I ordered a custom print and it came out perfect. Fabric feels like it's high quality - I ordered the cotton stretch - it's soft, stretchy and thick. Very happy

Ordered in February and only half of my order got shipped, the rest got delayed and delayed and for three weeks now the company is ignoring my mails. Looks like I payed over 700€ for nothing. Really bad customer service!
The fabric i received is with lines in my print, after I reached out to them, they told my the lines are in my file. I double-checked with multiple people and it’s not true. I received no refund or reprint, it’s just rude.
Definitely can’t recommend!

They produce excellent quality fabric with beautiful bright colours. Their customer service is always on hand and very helpful no matter if it's about technical issues or shipping delay.

Custom printed Jersey which turned out perfect!! I received a proof quickly and the fabric then arrived faster than expected and at a great price, will 100% order more for my small business! 😁

The product has a luxurious sillky smooth feel to it, the colors look great when unstretched but white is showing quite a bit when it gets stretched. Nothing extremely bad but it is noticeable.
Sadly this was a test run for another project for which this fabric is not sufficiently thick and firm in its stretchiness. In case a facric like this is will be available in the future I ll surely try my luck again

We placed one order with this company. We received strike-offs that looked great and that we approved. Weeks later after paying 5000 Euro, all of a sudden, we were told that the fabric can not be produced like the strike-offs we approved and on which base we put in the order for over 10.000 Euros. As the shipping date was already over and we needed the order urgently and JPF was going on vacation and would have not been able to ship anything for another 2-3 weeks, we pretty much had to approve another set of strike-offs of our designs with colors that were totally different than the actual design or the first set of strike-offs that we had approved, a totally different finish and quality that looked nothing like what we had ordered and approved and of course paid for!! Even then, the shipment was still super super late! And of course we had to pay in full before it got shipped. But the real big shocker came when we finally received the fabric. The final fabric - again - looked totally different than either one of the approved strike-offs, multiple rolls had tons and tons of mistakes, so that the fabric is completely useless and can not be send to a single customer. On top of that we received way less fabric than we ordered, up to 25% less than ordered which makes an order completely useless!! After measuring the final delivery it turned out that even more meters were missing than the packing list said. Plus tons of mistakes! Awful!!! After receiving his full payment, the owner of the company rarely answers his phone, doesn‘t read or responds to emails and has not come up with a solution to replace the bad fabric. Instead he got 10.000 Euros from us and doesn‘t do anything to fix this matter. He now suggests for us to send the fabric back to him and „he will then pay back the money“. Meaning we will be out of the fabric and our money!!
Unfortunately we can absolutely not recommend this company at all. Bad quality, long delivery times, approved quality, colors and finish will not be your final product, this company doesn‘t work out their mistakes. Please send your money and business elsewhere!

Nice print, quick service and delivery. I am still hopping around celebrating the quick arrival, so that I have a very good chance of finishing my project on time.

Jersey Print Factory has always been amazing to work with. We use the organic cotton jersey to make children's clothing, and we always get tons of compliments when our customers touch the fabric - it's amazing quality, holds up extremely well to wash and wear, and the colours have minimal fading. Fatih has also been wonderful to work with and the communication is always fast and frequent.
