Ordered a gift for my niece, which was despatched quickly by jellycat. However when with royal mail, we had an email saying that it had been delivered, when it hadn't. The 'proof of delivery' photo was the most pointless thing I'd ever seen, so potentially something dodgy going on there. However when getting in touch with the jellycat customer service, they arranged a replacement straight away and was received 2 days later. Shout out to Nikki in customer service for being so great!

Love to order from Jellycat (got to order fast though as go out of stock very quickly) I know if I buy directly from them then I know 300 little fingers haven’t picked these so adorable little beauties up because that’s what we all want to do when we see them. Jellycats are just the best stuffed animals and my grandchildren enjoy them so much! I love the pieces they create, not just the animals, but the food, flowers, and other amusables. They are so popular, I wish they did not have a restock list, but I have gotten some items that were on my restock list! Beautifully packaged too!

I ordered personalisation on a graduation gift. While the spelling was correct the placement is off and the first letter cannot be seen. While I have had refund on the personalisation I am still unhappy as it ruins the look of the Rabbit, Customer Service are adamant that all they can do is refund the £5. I have asked for either a refund on the box & shipping or a complete new product which I don't feel is unreasonable when you consider the cost of these bears.

I've bought a couple Jellycats and I love all of them! They are soft and sweet. They were shipped quickly and packaged so cute! Love the bag too. I've bought Cherries for my DIL and my daughter bought me a Dragon. Also Yummy Bunny, Soccer Ball and Munro! I'm a big fan! The delivery went great, quality outstanding and I'm sure I'll be back. :)

A big shout out to Alex for her great customer service! Royal Mail let me down which meant my granddaughter didn’t receive her birthday gift from Jellycat on time. The communication from Alex was swift and she dealt with the matter in a friendly and efficient. I think you can tell a lot about a company through their customer service and I have no hesitation in recommending Jellycat.

Don’t dare make a mistake in ordering from this company. You can’t make any changes at all nor can you cancel the order. I realize the error was mine but I have never experienced such an inflexible company. I have bought this product for every baby born to friends and family, fortunately not from the website, but will never do so again. I loved the product but the company apparently doesn’t give one hoot about its customers. Never again. Very disappointing.

Cute, perfect size

My daughter has started collecting these in her 20’s so I have been adding to her collection. Very pleased with the service I’ve received from Jellycat.
