Delivered quickly but a lot out of stock due to popularity

Quality and delivery were fine, but I asked for both of the stuffy’s to be placed in their separate gift bags. The lion was in the gift bag, but the turtle was just out in the open with no wrapping or anything in the delivery bag this makes me question quality just a tad.

Waited what feels like forever for this to be back in stock, finally got hold of it and I love it :)
High quality bunny
Arrived on time. Quality bunny with the softest fur. Bought another for a child. I have a few Jellycats because they make me happy. You should bring back the blue bunny with the starry ears.
Bad customer service
I used to Love Jellycats, been a collector for years. Buying them on holiday, at garden centres etc. I started to buy a lot of the newer ones online. The quality has gone down hill massively since becoming so popular. I recently brought Zyllan Alien, it came with a massive scratch on its eye and the stitching of its mouth wasn’t great. I got in contact and was told to return it. I did so and asked for a gesture of good will for my trouble and disappointment as it was for one of my children. My other child already had one and they wanted the same. They agreed to give free postage on the next Jellycat. Which I accepted. I thought my troubles ended there however the return was processed and I was emailed to say my money would be returned in 5-7days. 14 days later I noticed no payment so emailed. They responded to say they had put the refund as 1p over what I was owed so it hadn’t gone through. So they needed to re do the return payment meaning I needed to wait again 5-7days again. I was fuming at this point as I had already waited 2 weeks for my money. Also if I didn’t email I wouldn’t of got my money back. I was massively put out by the quality of the goods already and now waiting 3+ weeks for a return payment. I asked again for compensation. They said no nothing they could do. I actually find this terrible customer service. I have over 9000 purks points and spend a lot on Jellycats. I feel there is no loyal customer care. They seem to be ok giving out PR packages to influencers with freebies , discounts, who don’t spend anywhere near what us loyal customers spend but we seem to have no real rewards or compensation!!!. I emailed back to say it’s really disappointing nothing can be done or no discounts can be given regarding my issues. Never heard back from them!! I won’t be spending anymore of my money with a company who don’t look after loyal customers. These bigger companies only care about image and sales. They don’t care about true collectors or loyal honest customers who are their bread and butter earners. SHAME ON YOU JELLYCAT! I hope more loyal customers see how bad your customer service is and chose not to invest in your products too!!!

Very slow delivery
First of April I placed an order and chose express delivery, expecting my shipment within 4 days. 5 days pass and my order was yet to be shipped, so I reached out and asked for a refund of the express delivery, which I was granted. The ninth of April, my order is shipped but as of the 16th, I was yet to receive it so I give customer service a call. Apparently my order had been lost in transit which they discovered first after I made the call. I was offered a refund or a replacement order with complementary express shipping. 22 days after I placed my order it finally arrived.
Customer service was polite, the plush was as expected, but I am not happy about the very long wait.

Great customer service
Ordered a gift for my niece, which was despatched quickly by jellycat. However when with royal mail, we had an email saying that it had been delivered, when it hadn't. The 'proof of delivery' photo was the most pointless thing I'd ever seen, so potentially something dodgy going on there. However when getting in touch with the jellycat customer service, they arranged a replacement straight away and was received 2 days later. Shout out to Nikki in customer service for being so great!
