Mirror arrived crushed

Mirror arrived crushed, then customer service tried to say they aren't responsible. The law says otherwise. Told me to do their job for them but they didnt even insure the package I paid $14 shipping for one mirror. They are thieves guilty of mail fraud and anyone falling victim should contact the CA attorney general.

Bad customer service and bad product

Well to start I had a mirror stolen from me while it was meant to be delievered and they refused to refund me and then I ordered another just for it to be light as a feather and it fell from a foot above the carpet and broke in half in the first day. Very upset.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE!

My package was delivered in 2 weeks. The hoodie was so soft! Concealer has great coverage, & the mascara is very lengthening. I opened the mirror & noticed paint chipping off & it was broken in each corner of the Star. I contacted customer service & let them know what had happened. They weren’t welcoming & sometimes they didn’t answer at all but yet they ask for you to not send duplicate messages. When they did answer they asked for me to send a picture of the broken mirror & my order number receipt. I did. They said they were going to send me a return label (they never did). So I had to pay to send the broken mirror back myself. They said I’d have my refund within 5 business days after the returned item was received. I tracked my package & when it said delivered I emailed them letting them know. They replied back saying they would email me within 5 business days of it being delivered. So I waited 7 days & nothing. So I emailed them back & got no response. Emailed again & they said my return package was in “pre shipping” (not sure what that even is) & they sent me a screenshot of the tracking info. I double checked the tracking info & it wasn’t even mine! I emailed back saying somethings wrong & they’ve gotten my package mixed up with another one & sent a screenshot of my actual tracking info & then I called USPS, they said my package was definitely delivered on 4/20/21. (I sent the package out on 4/16/21). I got no response but I got a confirmation email 2 hours later of a refund but still haven’t received the actual refund. Just wanted to make others aware of this issue with customer service. I’m sure I’m not the 1st to have this problem.

I am from U.S.A

I am from U.S.A. and have bought products three different times. First one the gloss i got it two weeks later. Love the packaging and the product. Second time I had issues. Damaged wand... cap fell off had to glue it on. Customer service was excellent I even knew her name. Third time i ordered a mirror and Dawson chapstick. Took over a month to get it. But they did notify me. In my opinion the formulas and powders are great so far, the lip gloss is fabulous and so is the Chapstick’s. Nothing is perfect. I will definitely buy much much more. JS is handsome AF, and is extremely talented.

Ordered the nude bundle

Ordered the nude bundle for a friend of mine for her birthday on November 28th 2020. After a month I still didn’t receive anything and I emailed them and they said duo Corona it will take longer. My package was still at Bell, Ca on December 5th. It’s March 19th and I still didn’t receive anything and my package is still in Bell, Ca? So I guess it went “poof” Tried to contact them several times but nothing happens. I contacted PayPal and opened a case. Luckily I got my money back. This will be the first and last time I pre ordered something there .

If your not from US just dont buy

If your not from US just dont buy. Belive me. Its been e month since i gave the order and its no were near me the package. I just told them i want a refund and you can clearly see that i didnt receive anything and they refuse. I just hope paypal can do something i give my money back of not i just got screwed.

Beautiful Packaging!

I ordered three items a few days ago. The shipment was fast, the products were beautifully packaged and color-matched as well as aesthetically pleasing. Even the tape was folded perfectly! The products had beautiful boxes and quality designs. I will definitely buy more products from here again❤ even just for the packaging!

I recently ordered 5 Velour Liquid…

I recently ordered 5 Velour Liquid Lipsticks (Tea Bag, Plastic Surgery, Dominatrix, Scorpio and Delicious). Only one of them was true to the color that they show you on the website (dominatrix) Scorpio and delicious looked EXACTLY the same which online they look totally different. Tea bag ended up looking more tan than brown and plastic surgery looked more Cooper/orange than brown. They’re good products but they look nothing like I ordered. Disappointing because they’re like $18 per piece.

Jeffrey Star Mirror Review

I ordered a star shaped mirror and all though it’s good, the mirror isn’t set into the actually handle properly and so it sticks out. I am quite a perfectionist so this honestly very much annoys me about it. Considering how expensive it was, I expected the quality to be MUCH MUCH better than this so I am frankly dissapointed.

PURCHASE WITH CAUTION

PURCHASE WITH CAUTION! Especially if you live in the UK..... My partner purchased an item October 2020 which was ordered as a Christmas present, WAY IN ADVANCE. He received confirmation that the goods had been shipped, paid the customs fee for the goods entering the UK and has had nothing but hassle ever since.
He has contacted Royal Mail (courier company that Jeffree star obviously have a contract with to ship within the UK) even though, the seller “JSC” should be the ones correlating with THEIR courier to resolve the issue. My partner has also contacted JSC customer services, to which has been absolutely nothing short of shocking. There has been 0 service provided from JSC to help my partner retrieve his goods that he has paid for!! There has been no apology, no refund, no acknowledgement that the goods aren’t yet received but basically told him that it’s with Royal Mail even though Royal Mail have told him they don’t have the parcel?! They have taken payment and allowed us to cover the customs fees but not willing to provide any sort of refund or support. Poor, poor, poor. This sort of service will make you think twice about purchasing from a very large and supposedly “reputable” company. You’d be as well purchasing through a distributor who sells these products, you’d more than likely at least get some sort of service that you will NOT get if you purchase directly through JSC.

Still Unfulfilled?

I love JS and I have adored JSC for years, but I have been worried about an order I placed over 10 days ago, Every time I check it, it's still saying [unfulfilled] Usually I order all JSC products through beautilish,(sorry if spelled wrong) but went straight through the company this time, and I'm wondering if its lost, or not touched yet at all.. im so confused. But i understand there are state regulations and also there's only so many hands to make these orders happen! Im just ready to flex my new lipsticks. Lol.. can anyone help?

Just Don't. …

I ordered Jeffree Star through Beauytlish and during the PayPal transaction it booted me directly to Jeffree Star. Big mistake. Never order directly through Jeffree Star. They are horrid. This booted the colors back to the default on the Jeffree Star page. I noticed this right away and contacted Beautylish who was very helpful but said that I had to contact Jeffree Star as it was now in their order bank. Jeffree Star has NO PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I contacted them through Email and through their site customer service spot. They never responded to either. I contacted them three different times through both mediums. They eventually sent the wrong product almost a month after the order (missing Christmas). Their website is very unclear about exchanges. Just Don't.

I don't even want to give this crap…

I don't even want to give this crap place a 1 star! This is the second time I've ordered for my daughter and both times has been horrible delivery times. I placed an order on Dec 2nd received confirmation on the 3rd. I had to email them asking where the order was on the 16th. Finally got an email that a shipping label was created on the afternoon of the 16th. Then on the 17th got a response to my inquiry that they would contact their shipping department to see where my order was. On Dec 23rd I emailed AGAIN because my order was never shipped after the label was created. USPS had no knowledge of this package at this point. NOW I get an email saying that it has finally shipped and can expect delivery on Dec 30th. So my daughter's Christmas gift that I ordered on the 2nd will be here on the 30th (supposedly). I will never order from this place again! This is the second time with this place! Never again! I don't know how this company will stay afloat with customer service like this! Jeffree Star should be ashamed!

cancel culture & customs charge good products

I have bought a few mystery boxes from Jefree Star. Yes they can take a long time to arrive overseas 3 -5 weeks at times, Yes there are customs fees. But people who order should know this anyway If you order from anywhere there is a chance of customs fees and all in uk be warned after january 1st 2021 there will be a lot more import fees. He does not set these the destination country sets the fee rate. I have never had an issue with quality or any damaged items. We live in such a cancel culture these days. Yes maybe some of what has happened we do not agree with but take a long hard look at yourself as well. If everything you have ever done in your life was sprawled on the internet I am sure there is Stuff you would be unhappy with and people would flame and cancel you too. I like the quality of the products and make up I have recieved and although the amount of customs can come as a shock I expect to pay them and try and figure this into my budget.
