Was in to get a pair of runners but they couldn’t find one of the runners they looked everywhere, so helpful, I said I’d return next day to see if they found it, I did and they didn’t, I said I’d go to another store they said they could order to the store if I’d like, so they ordered them to the store for me.

Useless
Paid with Klarna and stated I would collect in store. Item never arrived into store. Asked them to cancel the klarna payments as my item never arrived - still has not been resolved! Customer service useless, continuously saying the store wont answer them - really isnt my problem!

I had an absolutely terrible experience…
I had an absolutely terrible experience with JD Sports. I needed to exchange a pair of runners I had ordered online for a smaller size. Unfortunately, my package did not include a return label, and my email confirmation did not contain a return barcode.
Despite providing my order number and email confirmation as proof of purchase, the staff member refused to process the exchange. I was then asked to show my bank statement before they would accept the return, which I found completely unreasonable and embarrassing.
The whole process was frustrating and poorly handled. Customer service was disappointing, and I certainly expected a much smoother experience. Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from JD Sports again.

Really disappointed bought crocs Paid €40 and when they arrived the tag on them said €30.00. So i was over charged €10.00 by ordering on line
