Ordered a Leeds Jersey for my son with…
Ordered a Leeds Jersey for my son with the name James and number 7 on it. The system automatically put it in as 07 and printed it this way. @jdsports said they knew i wanted just 7 but it prints what's on the order. Not a business mistake. Over 100 euro in the bin. Really bad customer service.

We collected our order from JD Swords
We collected our order from JD Swords , the staff spent more time chatting than working , Only one till was in use so we had to Q for prob ten mins, The girl on the till said somebody will be out with you’re order shortly, A mere 40 mins later a girl came out from the stock
Room asking was I sure I ordered it and got a confirmation , So I showed the proof 10 mins later they came out . The shoes didn’t fit my daughter to well so I asked the assistant had they by chance got them in a different size , He said yeah sure no problem I’ll get them for
You now ….25 mins later he walked passed us several times then went on his break still no shoes meanwhile, I’ve a 2 year old getting agitated and hungry so I asked another staff member said she would check I said “fine I’m going to go get my daughter some food I’ll come back “ I come back 40 mins later still no shoes . Had to wait a further 15 mins until finally somebody got the shoes . The staff at this JD must all be 1st jobs including the team
Leader. Several times in this shop and all very poor service.

Still waiting my order
I am very disappointed with JD Sports. I placed my order on 19/07, and I still have not received it. I have contacted customer service several times, but the issue has still not been resolved. This has been a very frustrating experience. Customers should not have to wait this long without receiving their order or a proper solution. I expected much better service.
At this point, I just want my refund, as this experience has been unacceptable.

Had a problem with my order
Had a problem with my order, was sent the wrong thing and another thing had a security tag on i. I sent an email to hopefully get a solution to this problem and never heard back from anyone !
