I received a very professional service…
I received a very professional service from J.B. Hall in handling the funeral arrangements for my late father, with a caring touch and good continuity of service throughout. They were very proactive in overcoming a last minute glitch (not of their making) to ensure that the funeral went ahead on the agreed date. Everything ran like clockwork on the day of Dad's funeral which was exactly what I wanted.

Great service from JB Hall
Everyone involved were all very helpful for my mums funeral. They all provided great advice and assistance for someone who has not arranged a funeral before.
Jen was always available to answer any questions we may have had and provided constant updates.
Sarah-Jane provided a great service and advice about the day.

From the initial meeting all the way through to the day of Mum's funeral, Jen and Angie were so helpful and supportive. As I have never organised a funeral before, they led me through the process with thought and understanding.
On the day of Mum's funeral, the pall bearers and the main funeral director were respectful and professional. Bruce in particular was helpful in guiding my family and me through the day. Would highly recommend.

Sensitive and compassionate service
After the unexpected death of my husband I felt lost and had no idea how to plan for a funeral that we both thought would be several decades away. From the moment I stepped through the door at JB Hall they treated me with sensitivity and compassion. Helping to guide me through the decisions that needed to be made and what could be left until closer to the day so that I was not overwhelmed. If you have never planned a funeral before and are left without any guidance from your loved one then it can be difficult to even know where to begin.
They gave me all the time and space I needed and helped me through the process while grieving. Every single member of staff was compassionate from the moment I stepped through the door after he died to when I collected his ashes.
With their help we managed to give Karl a beautiful service and make the day memorable for his family and friends.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Thank you for making such a difficult time more bearable.
