Pathetic, sluggish and lethargic customer service.. I requested them to change surname but it has been 2 weeks it's pending.. they emailed me that your problem has been resolved and when I checked it's still there.. I told them several times but they don't care..

On 2nd July 2024, I placed an order via the KFC app and made the payment through my JazzCash account. An amount of Rs 600 was debited to Grey Mackenzie Restaurant International Limited. However, despite the deduction, my order was not confirmed, and the amount has not yet been reversed to my account.

I have been continuously requesting JazzCash to provide the transaction slips necessary for me to follow up with the beneficiary. Despite my repeated emails, I have not received any response or the required slips.

Today, I attempted to contact your helpline for immediate assistance, but my call failed to connect. I am concerned that my number may have been blocked.

one of the worst call customer support.-------- insan k bachy, 2 calls per 5 rupy kat lia but customer service k numandy sy baat ne kerwaye.... aur her month internet k pakgs ki prices increase ker rhy hy jo k boht ghalat bat hy.....in every single raqam ki trasaction per cut lagaty hy apna.. Jazz cash dont deserve 1 star.

I have paid the electricity bill and received a confirmation message, but the next month's bill came with a previous bill that was not Paid. When I complain about my transaction they just say we have refunded on 6 May but actually I don't received any amount on that day. I have all evidence and transactions for your reference. They started scamming; be aware.

Scam Alert. Don't use jazzcash they are just looting people, I bought jazz bundle from jazzcash app and at first the amount was deducted twice from my account Then I connected jazzcash helpline, and the remaining amount did get back, but the bundle did not get subscribed Even amount was deducted from my account, then I tried contacting them again and they said your bundle will be activated I said I don't need bundle now because I needed it now, after a day they activated my bundle.

They Should improve their customer support. No one comes to the call for the very first try. They help a lot but still need improvment.

Hey, Kindly change your cheap Biometric verification service, it isn't work properly, i am trying the verification since 2 hours but the result is unsatisfactory, My whole data is genuine but jazzcash fails to verify that, instead such biometric verification you may add gmail verication service.

very poor services jazzcash customer service.I'M SURPRISED, NOC IS SYSTEM GENERATED LETTER NOTHING ANY ROCKET SCIENCE DUE TO WHICH YOU ARE TAKING 6 WORKING DAYS TIME. I THINK YOU SHOULD INVEST SOME MONEY ON YOUR SYSTEM AS WELL. SO THAT 2 MINUTES WORK DOES NOT HAVE TO BE DONE IN 6 DAYS.
