Love JAWA, great buying and selling experience.

Received a pre-built pc, works great and in perfect condition. All of the parts and thingamabobs work fine and is exactly what I bought, it even came with extra stuff(Cables and a power cable for the pc itself). 10/10 would recommend.

The guy was great and very professional but it real nice and answered all my questions real fast so shout out to interwaves pc’s go check them out and Jawa is good making sure there’s no scammers but i do hate the 2 day return policy

Easy, fast, and friendly

I just bough a pc, supposed to come in a week, but it comes today. I didn't expect that, also the pc in great condition.

Stealing money, fraud. Using my bank account was robbed by jawa.gg. theives, crooks. I hope I find you.

I had a bad 4080 card bought from Jawa advertised as fully functional, even though I described to the seller that the card had memory issues as I troubleshooted the support team denied that it was in their chat logs when I can prove otherwise, it seemed like they were unwilling to provide a refund because of how expensive my purchase was as another customer with a less expensive product got more support. Jawa is a risky platform to buy an expensive GPU or expensive hardware in general. Fantastic Platform though but because I took an 850 dollar hit I cannot give a great review of the platform that seemingly does not care about my money. I was told to RMA and even though it was within the return period I believe it seems like they were either pretending as if they did not know what problem I was dealing with my hardware which was basic technical knowledge such as MHZ for a GPU I made it very clear in my messages that my system was unstable. And after going back and forth with their support team as they struggle to reach back via their email and prefer if you use their discord I would not recommend.

Firstly, the platform’s interface, while seemingly user-friendly, masks an underlying inefficiency in handling transactions and disputes. My issue involved a clear case of buyer misconduct, yet the response from Jawa.gg’s support team was painfully slow and ultimately unhelpful. The lack of timely and effective communication only exacerbated the frustration.

Moreover, the dispute resolution system seems heavily biased against sellers, putting us at a significant disadvantage. Even when provided with evidence and a clear explanation, my concerns were dismissed, and the resolution offered was far from fair. This incident has not only resulted in a financial loss but also a significant waste of time and energy.

Lastly, Jawa.gg’s policies on ensuring the accuracy of item descriptions and the integrity of transactions appear to be ineffective. This inadequacy has allowed for an environment where buyers can exploit the system with little to no repercussions.

In conclusion, my experience with Jawa.gg has been utterly disappointing. The platform’s failure to provide adequate support and fair dispute resolution, combined with its inefficient policies, has left me feeling disillusioned. I would strongly advise potential users to consider other more reputable and reliable marketplaces for their PC component needs.

Excellent. I’m very happy with Jawa. I have been able to sale my builds a good prices and giving excellent quality to the market. I was not able to have to many sales through other ways.

I haven't had any issues so far, even though I have only bought 2 things so far, still I will keep buying from here and will notify you of any issues should I have any.

Great site so far I have not had a problem. I want to keep testing the site I would like to make all my used part purchases on Jawa. As it is now the community needs to grow so I don't have to fall back to eBay.

I ordered 2 computers, both from a different seller, 1st in that arrived was great, exactly what i needed, second one arrived on Monday Feb 5th, gpu was DOA, I reach out to the seller and explained the trouble, we messaged back and forth a few times, then
I open a disput to get the situation fixed. On Feb 6, support sent an email saying they have email the seller and are waiting for a response. On Feb 7 I message support just to find out how long the seller has to repspond and just better understand how the process works. Have not yet recieved a response. Its now been over 48 hours since anyone has contacted me in any regard, I messaged the seller again and explained that support was trying to reach him in regards to the matter and asked him to please repond when he is able. Seller has now also gone unresponsive.

Frankly, Ive been extremely disappointed with JAWA. After reading so many positive reviews; on several websites; I had high expectations and I must say JAWA has fallen far short of them,

This company really has a long way to go in terms of customer service.

And I would be more that happy to send proof the multiple emails that were sent.

Yes, I was ultimately given a return label; finally.

The point is that you have a chat option on your site, however, no one is EVER available through that option. And support is unacceptably slow in replying to emails and infact outright ignores them most of the time and as I said I will be more than happy to provide proof of the email that were sent and subsequently ignored.

So where to start I am a first time buyer that’s what makes this the worst I think looked around for months then found this website checked out a lot of pcs one I came across very cool the words on the front said OMG AND lit up I was sold just yet until I saw the graphics card and then the price well apon arrival got everything nice and cleaned up couldn’t get the box opened it was wrapped real good had to rip the box open not an issue as long as you have a box you can securely ship it back if needed right so got the pc waited 6 days when it was supposed to be 4 paid extra for safe shipping went to turn it on and boom nothing . Now customer service is telling me a bunch of things I talked to the seller and he agreed he wanted to take it back and give me a refund and now it’s a awaiting game first time buying a pc never again will I use UPS
