Twice told I had not paid for hearing…
Twice told I had not paid for hearing aid domes, so delivery was cancelled, unbelievable .
The money was paid, no apology given, eventually received domes.

At 26.11.2024 you placed an order with us, using the payment form: Direct bank transfer - the way that works, is that our financial partner sends you payment information and when they receive payment via bank transfer, they open up your order for shipping. For some reason this order was never paid.
AT 24.12.2024 you placed a new order, you paid that by creditcard, this was immdiately shipped and this is the order you received.
We are extremely happy with your business, but since the bank transfer service is running with another partner, and they never received the payment, the order is eventually cancelled. And this is why you got no appoogies.
Please let us know how we can make this clearer so that the same does not happen again. We are very happy with your busiess, and is eager to make the shopping experience as delightfull as possible.

Hi John,
We have sent you quite a few emails in regards to this subject.
Just for everybody else reading on here, John found out that he could configure an information product that we have on the webshop for information about the hearing aids - so that he could order a premium Bernafon hearing aid for 1 euro - these products normally cost 2.500 - 3.500, when we saw this order, we ofcourse cancelled it, and let John know that this was not an order thar we could carry out.
I must admit, we simply cannot believe that you expect us to send you a hearing aid for 1 euro.

By reading English !! I have in the beginning of this whole story for a downloadable ,readable , in English, instructionbook for the type of phone you had sent me, to remind you, not the 570A but the 570 B.
There is hardly anything out of that wrong book , that is recognizable, that can be used for my phone!!!!!
This is really a bad experiance and I hope You will reset it !!!

As with much other electronics, the user manuals covers multiple versions of the product.
You have ordered a simple phone, with the option to receive and make new calls, so therefor the functions are very limited, which makes the insttuctions very few.
I am sorry for that, as i have also told you on email, we are very happy to answer any questions you may have.
