Was delivered really quickly and easy to use. Definitely worth having in Japan if you're planning on using the trains.
DO check whether the rail pass is available domestically in Japan (I suspect it is although a lot of articles say that you must buy it before you travel).

The train travel throughout Japan was amazing! The JR pass was easy to use, the signage throughout the train stations was easy to follow, plus friendly staff when there were times of confusion!

Amazing Customer Service
Japan Rail Pass Now has proven their exceptional customer service. My partner and I had placed our selves in a tricky situation only a few days before our flight, and we all know that these pre trip situations can dictate your entire experience. We had approached Japan Rail Pass Now with our situation, we were low in spirits but their kind consideration and goodwill had given us optimism and most importantly a solution! I highly recommend this company for all your JR needs and questions as their lovely staff were very genuine and approachable.

Speedy service!

Middle age travellers with bags
I think as a traveller in our 50s with bags you need first class train tickets but seats are not always available and when you pick up your JR pass, let's say 10pm on sat it should expire on the 7th day at that time ( which it doesn't so you loose 1day at a very expense price)

I purchased the Japanese Rail Pass in…
I purchased the Japanese Rail Pass in Australia and for my purposes given that I was extensively traveling throughout Japan, It was worth its money in travel expenses. What I feel was a Further benefit to the Pass, was that you were able to communicate with Rail staff on the gate and more often than not, they would direct you to the correct platform, despite the lack of English spoken.

JR Pass is Highly recommended
JR Pass is Highly recommended for visiting tourists who intend to see more of Japan. It offers suitable packages, reasonably priced, and is hassle-free use in all accredited rail stations. I’m happy that we purchased it because it added to the beautiful experience we had of Japan.
