I ordered a gift card online to be a…

I ordered a gift card online to be a digital gc. Your online ordering system is horrible. It said it was ordered as digital but yet I received confirmation that you guys were mailing me the gift card. It was for a birthday party. I was going to the next day and was not able to give them the actual gift card because you guys mailed it instead of emailing it. When I called, I was put on hold for 22 minutes before somebody picked me back up then I was transferred and had to leave a voicemail. Nobody ever called me back.Very frustrating
