Took 2 months to get my order
Took 2 months to get my order. I tried to get refund instead of waiting for the item to come back in stock, but was not successful. Pretty bad business when you take someone's money, saying the item is "in-stock" then send and email the next week saying it's back ordered... Also it's REALLY bad business when your physical store cannot give a refund for online purchases from YOUR store. I don't care if you have separate departments for your online store vs physical store. Your company took my money for an item that is not in stock, make it right and do the refund. Pretty simple.
