We were in multiple times deciding on wedding rings and having sizes adjusted and each time the staff were always so friendly and kind towards us. Would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to purchase engagement or wedding rings and for any other types of jewellery aswell. They have a very expansive selection.

A very smooth transaction. Watch turned up in a few days. Didn't fit my wrist, but after speaking with the web team, they have sorted out some extra links to come direct from Seiko. That is true customer service. Buy with confidence.

I ordered a Seiko Presage watch and it was the first time I've used James Porter & Son. I was really pleased with the sale price of the watch. I ordered it lunchtime on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday morning by Royal Mail Special Delivery, amazingly fast! It was packaged well and really nicely wrapped. James Porter & Son clearly care about their customers and take pride in their work. 5+ stars all around and would happily use them again.

Fabulous customer service provided by Claire. I live in the United States and was looking for a very specific watch only sold in England. James Porter didn't have the exact model on hand. Claire secured the specific model from the manufacturer and shipped it to California for me. Most impressive was her timely updates, keeping me informed of all steps and timing.
