I would highly recommend using Jackson Lee's. Susie Lennard was friendly, trustworthy and made the process of moving home simple and cost effective for me and my fiance. Susie Lennard is the person you want! She's absolutely fantastic to work with, so proactive and responsive. She never makes you feel silly for asking a question (and boy did I ask a few...).

I’ve used Jackson Lees several times for conveyancing. I can not thank them enough for the hard work they have put it, I always get given the same case manager (Dan) which makes relationships easier. My emails and phonecalls always get a same day, often within the hour response. I’ve had 2 particularly difficult purchases go through, due to problems with land registry and Dan was fantastic throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Jackson Lees for conveyancing.

We recently used Jackson Lees for a house sale and the conveyancer who looked after our case, Susie Lennard, was superb. The sale proved to be a lengthy and complicated process due to the age of the building but Susie's expertise and professionalism helped smooth things over. Having received excellent professional advice in the past from Sally regarding wills and probate, I already expected great service from Jackson Lees and was provided exactly that. The office must deal with a real variety of clients but I can honestly say Dominic's and Gayle’s and the whole team’s hard work, great communication and understanding of my circumstances (and my earlier, now mostly cured, ignorance of the subtleties of property purchase) made the whole process completely painless for my part, despite what everybody I encountered seemed determined to tell me about house buying in general.

I chose Jackson Lees to do my will after purchasing my house with them. The Wills team are extremely helpful and friendly. The Front of house team are very nice. I would highly recommend the firm to anyone. I will definately use them again if i need any help in the future.

Property transactions typically don't go smoothly - having Gayle deal with the transaction was vital to my parents selling a family home and downsizing. The communication throughout was excellent.
