Jackpot city is nothing but a rip off i deposited 60 dollars the money was taken out of my bank account and sent to Jackpot city and it didn't get credited to my Jackpot city casino account they ripped me off 60 dollars I'm not impressed with them at all

Absolutely horrible experience I've…

Absolutely horrible experience I've been waiting since April and it's August for a withdrawal to be processed,an address change and verify my new ID and finally when they do send the money it's gone into La La Land and is unable to be found and now they have to cancel it and resend it and I have to wait again been a customer for many years and I'm absolutely horrified by this experience with you guys

Absolutely 5 stars for

I use to play alot of online casinos and I keep this app on my phone at all times, because it helps me remember how horrible of a scam and rigged online casinos really are. I give five stars for being the worst casino online to this day and has helped me quit gambling. Thanks Jackpot City for helping me, your pathetic casino has helped me save enough money to take my family on a nice vacation.
