Never use this site

Positive- they do pay out
Negative- chances of winning really big are so low that you will waste thousands and thousands trying.
Used this site for 6 years. Had two good wins that got me hooked, but after all this time I have absolutely nothing to show for my time spent playing. Its all gone and I will not win it back. In my last 15-20 deposits to date, absolutely nothing, lost in no time at all. This site should be banned

It's like this everyday for 2 years with Kanawake Gaming Comission, NONE gave back more than 15% RTP!!! NONE of those companies.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. PLEASE PLAY ANYWHERE ELSE THAT DOES NOT USE KANAWAKE GAMING.
YOU'RE ONLY GOING TO BE ROBBED BLIND.

Predatory System – You’re Forced to Lose Your Money

Avoid Jackpot Casino at all costs.

I deposited $800 and they automatically applied a bonus without clearly giving me a real choice. That single move locked me out of withdrawing even my own money.

To withdraw anything, I was forced into a 70x wagering requirement — meaning my $800 deposit turned into over $28,000 in required play.

This is not a bonus. It’s a predatory system designed to make sure you lose.

You think you’re playing normally, but in reality you’re trapped. Even if you win, you can’t withdraw — you’re forced to keep playing until the system drains your balance.

I ended up depositing multiple times thinking I could at least recover my original money, but that’s exactly how they get you.

Customer support is completely useless — copy-paste responses that avoid the real issue entirely.

This is not fair gaming. It’s structured loss disguised as a bonus.

Stay far away from this platform.

Tried three casinos in last month

Tried three casinos in last month: Betty.ca, Betano.ca and Jackpotcity.ca. Jackpotcity is the worst so far. Did NOT get my 210 bonus spins, sent 2 emails, no reply. Had to call in on 3rd day. No clear explanation why it didn't work. Had to wait 15 min to see the spins on the game but then I noticed it was only 100 spins. Had to call in again. They are now removing that 100 spins and putting the 210 on another game. I have to wait another 15 minutes. This is the only site where it is not clearly given immediately on sign up. I deposited $20 too, not the minimum $10 and that went pretty quick. Betano gave me 300 free spins with NO deposit and I got to play with those winnings for 3 days! Betty is also very good with daily bonuses.

Created an addiction and subsequent depression due to gambling on this site. All on slots and deposits via credit card. Gambling sites should not be allowed to accept deposits via credit card. Who knows how the algorithm works. Bonus money matching and play through should be illegal.

I DONT recommend this site

That is a very compelling argument, and looking at the full year of evidence objectively:
The Case That This IS a Scam Casino:
Volume and Consistency:
Complaints span the entire 12 months continuously
Multiple independent reviewers describing identical experiences
Not isolated incidents but a clear, repeating pattern
Reviewers from different backgrounds, locations, all telling the same story
The Specific Patterns Are Too Consistent To Be Coincidental:
Accounts closed specifically after winning — multiple cases
Withdrawals confirmed then never arriving — multiple cases
Customer service disappearing specifically when money is owed — multiple cases
Betting limits secretly reduced after significant deposits — multiple cases
Bonus terms applied differently depending on whether you won — multiple cases
Negative reviews apparently being actively suppressed — multiple cases
The Mathematical Reality:
60% five star reviews vs overwhelming negativity in detailed recent reviews suggests possible review manipulation
The company only responds to 2% of negative reviews — extraordinarily low
Thomas R. Courtney explicitly warned people not to trust the 4 star rating
One reviewer spent $5000 over a year with zero withdrawals ever made
Diana spent $5000 over 300 days with maximum winnings of $130
Behaviors That Go Beyond Poor Management:
Officially confirming payments via email that never arrive — this is deliberate deception
Closing accounts immediately after wins before withdrawal can process
Deleting negative app store reviews and blocking users who post them
Sending insulting emails suggesting gambling therapy to deflect complaints
Providing false verification that deposits were received while keeping the money
What Distinguishes Poor Management From a Scam:
Poor management would mean:
Slow withdrawals occasionally
Inconsistent customer service
Technical glitches
What this shows instead:
Systematic withdrawal prevention
Deliberate account closures after wins
Active suppression of negative feedback
Coordinated customer service silence when money is owed
Consistent misapplication of bonus terms against customers
The Honest Assessment:
Taking the full year of reviews as a collective body of evidence, the pattern is far too consistent, specific and systematic to be explained by poor management or technical failures alone.
The behaviors described collectively meet several hallmarks of what regulators and consumer protection agencies would recognize as a predatory or fraudulent operation, specifically:
Accepting deposits with no genuine intention of honoring withdrawals
Using terms and conditions as a weapon rather than a framework
Deliberately targeting winning customers for account closure
Actively deceiving customers about payment status
However Two Important Caveats Remain:
Reviews are one-sided accounts — the casino has not presented its case
Legal determination of fraud requires formal investigation and proof
Bottom Line:
While a court of law requires formal proof, as a reasonable person examining a full year of consistent, specific, independent and corroborating customer accounts, it is entirely reasonable to conclude that this casino displays all the hallmarks of a scam operation. The evidence, taken collectively, is substantial enough that:
Regulatory bodies should be investigating
Consumer protection agencies should be involved
New customers should be strongly warned away
Existing customers with unpaid withdrawals should be filing formal complaints with iGaming Ontario and the AGCO immediately
The pattern of evidence over 12 months makes it very difficult to reach any other conclusion.

I've never had any issues with other online casinos. But with jackpot city when you win money and try to withdraw it takes days! They need to make some changes so withdrawals go directly into your account. It's BS. I wouldn't recommend playing with jackpot city. MGM is way better!!!

Read carefully because it's a fairly…

Read carefully because it's a fairly technical and detailed explanation of just how blatant their scam is.

They don't even understand their own Terms and Conditions. I deposited $50 to try it out, got it up to $90 then won another $81 on something called an "Hourly Wins" draw which was credited as bonus funds. I read ALL the terms and conditions carefully for both the draw and the site in general and it was quite clear that there was nothing preventing me from withdrawing the $90 and using the $81 bonus funds to play through the wagering requirement (a requirement that I later found out wasn't relevant to this draw as discussed further down). As soon as I withdrew the $90 the $81 disappeared too. Contacted customer service and was told the $81 had been forfeited upon withdrawal of the $90 citing a section of the terms and conditions pertaining to internet connection issues. After explaining the lack of relevance of the cited terms to the issue of the bonus, he referenced a section of the terms that's only relevant to withdrawing winnings from the bonus funds... again, not at all relevant to this situation as the $90 wasn't in any way related to the bonus or winnings from the bonus. It's been over a month and after discussing this with SEVERAL customer service reps they all cite the same section of the terms and conditions referring to withdrawing the winnings from the bonus playthrough despite me repeatedly explaining the lack of relevance to this situation. Here's the truly concerning thing I found from all this research into their terms and conditions. Keep in mind, the terms and conditions of the draw made no mention of a wagering requirement of the winnings therefore it SHOULD have been credited as $81 cash not bonus funds. However, according to the general terms and conditions of the site, other types bonus funds require a 70x playthrough requirement to release the bonus funds, a ridiculously high requirement on it's own but that's their requirement whether we like it or not. For the sake of conversation I'll continue the story as if the bonus funds had a wagering requirement even though my specific $81 did not. So that means, in order to convert that $81 from bonus funds to withdrawable funds I would need to wager $5670... risk $5670 to gain $81 BUT according to their terms, even if I had managed to wager the $5670 without losing it all, the absolute maximum that I would have been able with withdraw is $100. Hypothetically, had I wagered that $81 bonus the total $5670 required and ended up with $2500, in the end I would have only been able to withdraw $100 of it and they take the other $2400 back. They expected me to gamble $5670 in the hopes that I could keep $100 of it. Even IF they hadn't screwed me out of that bonus, they expected me to risk $5670 to their maximum $100 risk!! Let that sink in! Absolutely ridiculous scammers!! FYI I posted the same story in play store to warn others there of the scam and somehow they managed to delete my review and blocked my from accessing anything related to their app within the play store app... apparently they really don't their scams being brought to light.

RED FLAG! BE AWARE!

I signed up on Wed, Jan.28, 2026 online at Jackpot City Casino. I declined the sign up bonus and played blackjack with my own money. I won $779.02 and made a withdrawal for all of it on Thursday, Jan.29. On Friday, January.30 I tried to login to see the status of my withdrawal. I couldn't login. I tried messaging Jackpot City Casino and received no response. I finally received an email response today, Wed, February.4, saying my account is closed and they confiscated my winnings of $779.02

Jackshit City

I am writing this as a final warning to anyone considering Jackpot City: Do not trust their word or their "confirmation" emails. On December 14, 2025, I received a formal email from "Kutlwano" in their support department, explicitly stating that my $200 winnings had been "successfully paid out" to my Interac account. They even told me to "share in the excitement" and "add extra joy" to my day.
It is now January 2026, and that money has never arrived. What makes this truly predatory is the timing. I won this money right before the holidays and was relying on it to help cover my Christmas expenses and bills. Because of their "confirmation" email, I believed the funds were secure. Instead, I spent my entire Christmas season stressed and financially strained, chasing a company that refuses to provide a simple Trace ID or Reference Number for the supposedly "successful" transfer.

Absolutely terrible. No scatter/bonus games after 300+ spins on all. Overall RTP of 20% on 2000 spent. Avoid at all costs. Also, might have one of the worst customer service teams I’ve ever seen. They’ll literally just ghost you.

Easier to win the Powerball with no ticket then win here.

If i could give this casino -10000000000 i would. If you are looking to win here you won't. I have been logging in to this trash money grabbing excuse for a casino for 300 days straight, i have spent close to $5000 and the most i won was $130. Also have fun getting a hold of support, i assume it would be easier to get in touch directly with Donald Trump then the people who run this joke. I sent emails , i tried waiting in the fake chat and nothing they don't care or write back and they don't believe in RTP policys. I hope they go bankrupt so people stop getting ripped off but this is unlikely due to the fact they never have to pay anyone out. WORST CASINO EVER.

Defeated

It’s not at all about luck. Your outcome is pre determined and nobody wins but jackpot shitty and the criminals behind it. I’ll be doing good and then of course it glitches out usually a pop up that says “you cannot play multiple games at once” when I’ve been playing on the same device. You have to start over and when you come back, go figure, nothing but nothing. What a coincidence. It’s all very inconsistent and if you’re looking for fun this is the wrong place. They pre determine your outcome and display loses in ways that purposely piss u off. Ex. Getting 2 bonus’ and on the last reel you will see the bonus spin by and land just outside the play. That’s not bad luck, that’s them using tactics that make you mad and want to keep spending trying to win your money back. They tell you to seek therapy and explain gambling should always be fun, yet they designed the games just to piss you off. You’ll always be one short of something and when you get that something then you’ll need another. well that right there tells me otherwise. Gambling is the worst addiction in the world and I no longer will throw my money away to a company that viciously steals money from the working class while they do absolutely nothing. For the millions and millions of dollars they steal from good people you think they would hire a decent support staff. It’s a bunch of useless bots handling their website while they sit on the beach watching their bank accts grow. How do they sleep at night? It makes me so sad that we are human beings expected to work 80% of our lives, just to live pay cheque to pay cheque while a select few are are squeezing whatever we got left out of us. I’m defeated big time
