I wish I could give a negative star

I wish I could give a negative star.
i ordered a jacket on September 23, 2025. I heard nothing from the company until I reached out on October 1, asking about delivery of jacket. After 8 days, I finally received an email stating that "due to heavy holiday shopping" the jacket had been delayed, but would be shipped 'within 24 hours' or full refund would be issued. I heard nothing until I reached out again on October 6. I then received another email on October 9, saying the jacket was on its way to their "Texas facility" for shipment. On October 17, I reached out again after having placed a freeze on my credit card and filing a refund request for the charge. On October 17, I received a reply email that they could not ship the jacket because there had been a charge back for the jacket. They said that they were "more than happy" to ship the jacket the next day. It is now November 2, I have NOT received the jacket NOR any further communications.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB

Men Biker jacket

I ordered the Men’s Black Biker Leather Jacket from JacketVault.com, and I’m honestly impressed. The quality of the leather is way better than I expected for the price — soft, thick, and smells like real leather. The stitching is clean, and the fit is perfect (I went one size up, and it was just right). The delivery took about a week, and it came nicely packed with a garment cover. Overall, it feels premium and looks even better in person — I’ve already gotten a few compliments wearing it. Definitely recommend Jacket Vault if you’re looking for something stylish and durable.

Ordered a jacket on September 20th

Ordered a jacket on September 20th, and no shipping information yet. Contacted company on Sept 30th, Ronald Dsouzao said my order would be shipped within 24 hours. Still waiting for shipping confirmation.
