This was a great online ordering experience. I’m generally difficult to fit, and the guide made it easy. The jacket was delivered cross-border to Canada inside the projected time, and I live on a small island just off Vancouver where shipping is an issue.

The product is of such a quality, I’m considering not getting it crested, and buying a second one for cresting.

It may be my single best online shopping experience.

5 star experience. Jacket Shop saved me the week before Christmas when I found out that the jacket I had ordered in November was not going to come. Excellent customer service. Jacket was here in two days and shipped from the USA… and fantastic quality. She wears it every day!

Just received my varsity jacket. Perfect color combo for my favorite MLB Team!! I went by a whim based on the look in the photo and I gotta say the real product does NOT disappoint!!! Thick wool, great insulation, even an inside pocket. But what blew me away is the leather. You can feel the grain! Even the pockets have a partial leather lining!! Bravo to your company!!

The varsity jacket I ordered was perfect. It was easy to customize and it arrived in a timely manner. It is unique and no one at my daughter's school has one like it!

What a gift to get for my 59th birthday!! I earned this original award back in 1977 at 13 yrs old playing VARSITY HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL!! This company made this wonderful jacket almost identical!! Love it much!! Thanks for the renewed joy!! Greatly recommend Stewart & Strauss!!!

So far, I’ve bought 3 jackets, so I’m very satisfied with Steward and Strauss. This is not a cheap, thin, mostly cotton jacket that you might see in a department store. This is the real deal. The wool is thick, the sleeves are full leather, and the lining is perfect. This jacket will not only make you look good,
it will definitely keep you warm. I’m about to test mine very soon, in Chicago, so I’ll do a follow up review, as well.

My jacket in blue and gold is excellent. Good quality stitching and the size I selected is perfect. My original jacket (commercial 1968) was far too big for my small stature. This jacket appears to have the right weigh and should be great for colder weather use.
I consider the price to value ratio to be very good. Do realize that it takes about 7 to 8 weeks for delivery.

My son just received his letterman jacket as an incoming high school freshman. My high school junior has a letterman jacket from another company, and this letterman jacket is superior in its quality. Highly recommend!
