Spoke to Laura this afternoon who informed me my plan was successful, not knowing much about what was happening she explained everything, she was really friendly pleasant and also had a laugh which is quite comforting when discussing financial hardship, thank you.

I had some stacked dept and i find out…
I had some stacked dept and i find out myself paying interest nonstop so deciced to call them but it was a very big mistake. They do everything but merge your loan. If you need therapy and repeat your adress and name numerous times in a call then go on call them.

Complain at you about contact but dont email you back, extremely inconsiderate of mental health conditions. Lack of understanding for individual situations is a joke. Could be in a mental institute & they’d still expect you to ‘call’ coz they can’t be bothered emailing back yet blame it all on you
