they've done alright by me

not a computer guy, so when something goes wrong I need to have an affordable fix option.... they are always available easy to access and while they don't always get it right the first time they will keep at it until they do... i'm satisfied i'm getting computer protection at an affordable price...

Iygoi review

I am very pleased with their tech support. I have been with them for 5 years or more. I am a senior citizen and need a lot of support so they provide me with that. They are very patient with me and my husband. I would recommend the to any one.

Par Excellence in computer knowledge/customer service/competency

During my 5 years with Yogi Tech Support, diligence and perseverance in resolution of all my software problems and whatever maintenance. I can say that I have dealt with Microsoft and HP, and they far surpass others. I was not happy with former ones whereas Yogi was able to resolve all my problems with great patience, kindness, knowledge and speed/expediency.

I have been very appreciative all these years because this kind of service you cannot pay enough.

5 years of satisfaction!

I have subscribed to iYogi technical services for 5 years during which I have had several occasions to call upon them for assistance. Each and every time they "fixed" my problem very professionaly.
I have a great sense of comfort knowing that I am covered whenever a problem should arise...

I have only one word to say about the technical service offered by iYogi and that word is excellent!!!

I have had to contact iYogi many times due to my computer not working correctly or my computer has been attacked by viruses and malware the technicians have been very helpful in suggesting things that I can do to prevent so many viruses from getting on my computer and they have always fixed my computer no matter whether it take a few minutes or several hours to repair my computer they are always with you until the computer is working again. I have just recommended iYogi to my father who is just now learning how to operate at computer at the age of 80 and he is thoroughly enjoying using iYogi very much, my son is about to start college in August and he also has iYogi installed on his laptop that he will be taking to college with him. If anyone is leery to join iYogi they shouldn't be because I have had other services before I found iYogi and they were much more expensive and were not has helpful and polite as iYogi has been this past 5 years. I look forward to using iYogi for many years to come.

iYogi - An Excellent Online PC Support Experieince

I've been relying on iYogi for 5 years for online assistance and technical support when problems with my PCs or peripherals occur. When I have a PC problem, I call iYogi customer support, or connect with iYogi technical support directly online. I have always received excellent, immediate support that resolves the issue. iYogi has provided both real-time problem resolutions for both of my PCs and for peripheral devices, as well as direct assistance with upgrading to new PC Operating Systems. Iyogi customer support and technical support reps are always professional, courteous, and effective. I would recommend iYogi to anyone for online computer assistance and technical support.

Good service, Professional suipport

This service is first class. When you call in the person answering the call jumps right in fixes your problem no matter what the problem is. They can take control of the computer and while you are part of the service process watch them fix it. If you see something you don't think is right your right there to suggest a fix. Great service from great tech's everytime.

Am pleased wtih your most ofservice

A lot of what I wanted involved OpenOffice.org and open source software tweaking. Most of those problems were not solved, so Eudora OSE and SeaMonkey Mozilla (my default) and not fully functional on 8.1 Pro which I purchased from iYogi. (My new laptop came with 7 Pro which jammed.)

The Windows programs are fine.

I do believe that iYogi should stop "selling software/services" to someone who has prepaid for a year. Given a choice - since 1992 when I entered computers - I prefer NOT to use a Microsoft product but to get my machine running, I ended up with Outlook (don't like the layout but it works fine), MS-Office and Windows 8.1 Pro.

Big Mistake

I got hooked up with you at a time my computer was really acting up. Your base program did nothing to alleviate the problems. You did, however, have someone tell me I should spend more money with you because my system had been corrupted.

I thought that was what I was getting for my money!!! I lost all faith in your company at that time.

I did get the problem fixed but it was with another Microsoft "Partner" which spoke "on shore" English for another $350. The best thing iYogi could do is show me how to remove all the things they installed without any interruption in my computer speed or performance.

Completely incompetent

I called this company for problems with my MacAir.
Worst experience I have had. Even their senior technicians were
useless. They also con you into signing up with them by telling you that your computer is infected by spyware.
Do not believe them.
Worst of all they managed to erase 3 months of emails.
I wasted 12 hours speaking to them ,no problem was solved and they erased important data.
Avoid like the plague!

Very dangerous

I asked iyogi to fix a fault on my computer and all they did was make it worse, they never fix the problem and somehow and for only reasons they know deleted completely another program, when I got my engineer in he said that they had made a complete mess. It took him hours to rectify their faults.They took £60 cancel fee (rip off) even though I cancelled because of there incompetence, it has taken over a year (still not paid) so far to get a refund of any description, steer well clear of iyogi, they are thiefs

Ripoff

When I called iYogi to help me connect my new printer the agent was rude and wanted to charge me $170! But there site said only $29! They ended up hanging up on me when I asked them about the $29 price.
