Do not buy from this company

I will never buy from this company again. Ordered 2 dresses which came to £36.50. One was so long it would have suited someone 6ft+ and I am tall, other one was of really poor quality. I had a terrible job trying to arrange return and refund and eventually when I did I only had £23.77 refunded. Never had this problem with similar companies that I have happily had orders from, rarely needing to return before. Will avoid IVRose in future for sure.

Terrible delivery time

The clothes are great when they arrive. However, the shipping is shocking. I ordered in 12/07/23 spending £150. The clothes have been sat in wharehouse awaiting packing since 15/07/23 we are now at the end of July .

It’s a zero from me

It’s a zero from me! Not a 1! So I ordered 3 dresses they are horrible nothing like the pictures. Tried to send back and it took a week to get an address after them
Haggling with me with % off and how about I give them friends as gifts! Finally got address and now they can’t refund as too late so I have reported to trading standards and also plastered all Over social media as they are a joke and I don’t want anyone else to be out of pocket.

Great pjs , soft and good fit

I was a little wary of the PJ's I ordered would be poor quality, but it was a great surprise to find the contrary. They are lovely and soft , sexier than a lot of short PJ's and fits true to form.

Absolutely waited ages for my order

Absolutely waited ages for my order. It said it would arrive between 7 to 10 days and it was over double that time. I asked for a refund and what a pain just to try and get your money back. You get 14 days to return but now they are giving me 7. It’s pathetic. They didn’t want to give me my money back just wanted me to keep clothes I don’t want. Would never use company again and my advice to anyone thinking of ordering. Don’t bother.

great selection! great prices! generous discounts and shipping options. received order BUT U.P.S. driver left the delivery at the wrong address and it was difficult to locate the package.

Still awaiting an order 12 weeks

Still awaiting an order 12 weeks. First order arrived late and needed to return but cannot get into returns and customer service not helpful, do not read queries fully. Still awaiting to return and a refund for parcel not received. Tracking either incorrect or can't get into. Quality good but definitely not worth the hassle
