Don’t be fooled by their misleading ad…

Don’t be fooled by their misleading advertising. It’s a hoax. I ordered what looked like a beautiful sweater and when I received it, it was not even a sweater. It was some kind of plastic-like material that had the design printed on it instead of being woven like a real sweater. It didn’t match the photograph that they provided and the sleeves were too short. Just awful quality and they refused to give me my money back. I tried to cancel the order right away and they didn’t let me. I have a disputed it with my credit card company and am waiting to see if I can get my money back.

this is a Scam webpage

this is a Scam webpage. They are not located in CHARLESTON and are not affiliated with anything in Charleston. They are a China based business and they do not give refunds. Please turn this in if you have experienced the same experience as me they are fake.

Total scam

Total scam. Bait and switch. Sweater looks nothing like what I ordered. From China. Horrible fabric, sleeves are 4 inches to short and I'm a petite woman. They say you cannot return a sale item, but each piece says sale. No way to return. DO NOT ORDER.

Delivery took forever and poor quality

Delivery took forever, dress was AWFUL quality once it finally arrived. Website said “worry free returns” did NOT mention having £25 fee deducted and having to pay for it yourself on sale items it’s only in the fine print! And had to send back to the Netherlands and STILL never received a refund! Awful awful awful company
