The website was a little slow - however the discount code worked. The delivery was fast & well packaged. The laptop was as described. Only missing 5 stars - keyboard was not backlit as mentioned. Good value too.

Lenovo Thinkpad X280 i5-8350u
I ordered an X280 i5-8350u thinkpad from Itzoo and the condition is brilliant very few marks better than expected. Battery life is around 2 hours and the speed is still good. Downloaded Windows 11 for free and it runs fine on 8gb ram. Exactly what I needed for my needs and the price was good cheapest I could find with Itzoo discount code on top!

I bought another laptop from ITZoo. The laptop is excellent and above the mentioned grading condition. I had a few issues but the customer service addressed them in a few days. I recommend ITZoo to anyone looking for reliable, refurbished IT, which is competitively priced and comes with warranty. Do not look anywhere else!

Super happy with my purchase from IT Zoo who was recommended to me by a friend. My previous laptop broke and being self employed I needed a replacement laptop fast and affordable. ITZOO are my go-to for refurbished Lenovo laptops. eBay may sometimes be cheaper but the peace of mind of dealing with a reputable company that offers a 12-month warranty is worth it to me. Ordered a B-grade ThinkPad T490 and couldn't be happier with it.

My Thinkpad X280 is brilliant!
My Thinkpad X280 order #31549 was described by Itzoo as Grade B, in reality it was in excellent condition and an absolute bargain! Communication from Itzoo was very good, I was constantly informed via email as the status of my order and the laptop when it arrived was well packed and delivery was rapid, it had Windows 10 home preinstalled which updated without fuss to Windows 11 as soon as it was connected to the internet. Did I mention it was an absolute bargain? :-) Next on my list is a desktop from this company.
