Case actually does protect but the using your phone and getting it out of your pocket and putting it in the case SNAGS ON EVERYTHING I’ve had the case pull out money, chapsticks, or literally anything else in my pocket due to the weird design choices of having part of the case on the side not be there so you can press a button to open the camera when every other button like the volume and power have the case over them

5 stars we had a small issue Faisal resolved it … thx
If I could give it zero I would. I sent my return back and have been told now that I need to provide a tracking number which I don’t have. So now they have the product I purchased and my money. They are a giant SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE CENT.

I purchased one of their products which did not come with factual instructions.
I discussed this with Officeworks, and was given a translation of the instructions, but it still wasn't right.
I visited Officeworks, and staff could not fathom what the instructions meant either.
I approached the Farcebook page and Faisal stated the instructions were not correct, and told me to purchase another product because the "unsticky sticky side" (which is not explained in the instructions) was inadvertantly touched to see if it was sticky, and apparently rendering any warranty null and void.
Considering that both myself, a 3rd party, and the store clerk couldn't fathom what exactly was meant to happen due to the instructions being ridiculously wrong, I can and will not be blamed for not understanding what should be what.
I contacted the email for the e service team, only to be speaking with the same Farcebook person.
In the email I supplied as much information as possible, but apparently the receipt was still required.
45 days on, we are now at a stalemate. Faisal keeps requesting inform as tion, that I have provided on the original email, and has asked twice for this information.
Seriously, just replace the item and stop being a pain in the arse. It's not hard, you have all the information necessary, and next time they ask, I'll be letting the ACCC and the Dept Fair Trading sort them out.
I'm very tired of business's from other companies thinking we are all stupid and because they have laws in their own countries, ours do not exist, but I'm not about to have my consumer rights written off by some foreign business.
Replace the item.
You have everything you need.
Stop asking for previously supplied information and do what is right.
You pu have already admitted fault in writing.
Next it will be the Australian Law keepers who deal with you.
I have delayed this email until I calmed down enough from the *well just buy another one" comment from your attendant.
This is simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
Your instructions that came with the product ARE NOT IN ANY WAY CORRECT, and I have been trying to find someone, anyone to help me sort this out, because returning to the store was completely useless (and this is where the finger prints would have compromised the product).
This has been the most frustrating and ridiculously idiotic process to follow, and I still don't have a protector on my damn phone.
Please see my frustrating attempts to work out how this stupid instructions which don't fit the product at all, only to be told by your Farcebook attendant to go and spend another $30 because this one is now "compromised" due to the lack of actual working instructions.
This IS NOT MY FAULT, and I would like you to please send a replacement POST HASTE!!
New phone case bought back in December delaminated and falling apart six emails on warranty is still getting to run around. Would not recommend this product. Have any questions or concerns feel free to call me 832-347-1355.
YOU BROKE MY PHONE!! I trusted the brand because it said 2x better, but my phone is completely broken! DONT BUY HERE OR LOSE YOUR MONEYWORTHS THIS IS ONE BIG MONEY SCAM, 2X BETTER YOU MEAN 2X WORSE SCAMMERS!

bad support and bad quality.
Last year I bought a ITSKINS case for my google pixel phone I bought from their website. it came in with pretty bad packaging, and it was damaged. The case was literally broken and due to that it wasn't fully protecting my phone and the (volume and power) buttons also were not working good with the case on. I contacted support, and they were not very helpful, they wanted me to just wait, it took months of contacting them and eventually I bought another case, also from itskins but on the google store. This one was not broken luckily. but now I still have that one broken case, and I did not get any refund or return option. now that i'm using their cases like almost a year they are very yellow and gross, now I need to buy again a new case... its very unfortunate because I heard from friends that this was a recommended brand.
Still haven't received my case yet. After a month, I contacted them and they said they would ship it out ASAP with tracking details. Another month goes by with no case.
Probably never buying from here ever again
I was sent the wrong case that does not fit my phone. unfortunately I have to pay shipping costs due to itskins' mistake. very bad service.
The protection provided by the casing is fantastic. The functionality is atrocious. The elevated ridges of the case make it so I have to swipe 5 or 6 times to bring up a menu that requires dragging your finger from the top or bottom of the phone. I also frequently have buttons that do no register. I am 37 and have had a phone for over 20 years. I've always protected them with a case. I've never even been close to this frustrated. Wish you a better experience than I.
They do not have environmentally friendly policies and help create excessive waste by limiting the resale of their own products.

The worst experience i had ever!!! Ordered a phone case for two weeks now and still waiting no update at all, the website is down
Disappointed
I can't register my case under the warranty or contact them. It continues to say, "page unavailable." This happens on the website and the Facebook page is no longer available either.
This might seem like a “fabricated” review, however this HAPPENED
I was cruising at 90KM/H on my motorcycle when my phone fell from my pocket, I saw my phone (iPhone12) bounce from the asphalt up to my waitstaff and then down to the floor again
When I got to my phone it was PRISTINE, as if nothing happened
I know that if it was any other brand the outcome wouldn’t be the same
Also had an ItSkins case on an iPhone6 who fell down a flight of stairs, again spotless
Great product simple and soft
with various colors like it 😍
The case arrived fast and the quality is amazing. What I liked the most is that my clear case has a yellowing protection. And it really didnt got yellow after months of use. Very happy with the case.
