Where in the world is my order?
My order was split into two parts by vendor. I am located in Australia, buying from an Australian website. This company is drop shipping with inventory located offshore. Customer services doesn't know where stock is and when it will be dispatched, and they are being dishonest with me. Three weeks on, part of my order is still marked 'pending' dispatch.
Refund me. I'm not interested...and this is happening to quite a few people going by social media. I'm escalating this to the consumer regulators.
