Two years ago they were great…but now disgusting. Ordered in September received completely wrong sizes and colours in December. Sent return at my own cost. No reply or store credit until January as they won’t refund.. Re-ordered in February and only just received half my order. Quality is now horrible, fit is baggy and loose. No communication at all.
The products are wonderful. The first order i did was extremely responsive and helpful. It was so good I ordered more on sale, not a pre order. I have unfortunately not had any responses to my inquiries from email or Facebook. Im confused why it went from amazing to bad. Look the product is awesome, but not sure if I would order again, over a month between order and zero response is not something I enjoy.
I really wanted to like this brand I wanted to support my local but I ordered my gear and never heard back. It’s been almost 2 months no response to there emails. Of you’re thinking about buying from them don’t. Seriously they say they are the local brand but they are full of it. Not happy will never be buying again.

When I placed my order. There was nothing to state that I would have to wait for stock. Said items were in stock.
Thankfully lodged a complaint with consumer affairs and got my money back.

Never received item, had response not in stock. Offered refund that they claimed would take a week… no further responses no refund. Open claim with the bank. fraudulent weak kids pretending to be a business fullfilling bugger all real orders. Anz disputes centre have now after many weeks returned the money , i suggest anyone who does make the mistake does the same with their bank

Company is non existent, alwayse having a “sale” to lure people to spend more and just never ship items/respond to emails.

Ordered two outfits(that matched) so 2 shirts 2 shorts for my partner. Order confirmed payment taken. 13 days later got an email saying one of my products was unavailable when ordered and their system failed to update during the sale. Didn’t confirm which pair of shorts as they named both short products as not available. Went on their site and it still says the shorts in the sizes I ordered are available. They have said that my other items have been shipped but I would prefer a full refund with no product. Long customer service replies, poor shipment organisation 1-5 business days more like 1plus months. Will not be ordering from them again. Very disappointed as a first time customer. Always read the reviews people.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Ordered from them twice, had to chase up my orders both times, for several WEEKS. I waited 8 weeks for an item, was fed misinformation about shipping, item availability, delayed responses. Company is an absolute embarrassment and a scam.
Ordered one singlet 3 weeks ago, still didn’t get it. No confirm email. No reply after sending request message.
How this business is still operating is beyond me. Place an order and it’ll never be fulfilled. They don’t reply to emails either. It’s basically a dropshipping scam front. Raise a dispute with your bank and do a chargeback. That’s the only way to get a refund.
Guys Gym Roos is a good product I’ve been with them from the start a good honest company always deliver. But key products out of stock now for like four years! They just unfortunately got operational issues keeping up with the demand. I doubt they will fix it to be honest but I wish them well as I love the product
Ordered black friday it’s now officially been 5 months since i have ordered. Still nothing no reply’s or anything. They delete all comments on posts and sometimes if you’re lucky you will get an automatic generic email response.
Bought something 3 months ago and no response!! They took all my money and just left! Contacted them 4 to times and they haven’t replied at all. Scam.
I have ordered two pair of shotrs, and are now being ghosted with lack of reponse! I have recieved a tracking number, but this shows no change as my parcel has not yet been handed to Australia Post.
They are now advertising a sale and a movement into a new warehouse, on social media it shows some jack arse on a laptop sitting on the floor with a laptop. Placed order 27/2/26

I ordered pair of shirts in January. After email response from gymroos for 4 week, I emailed them and they responded a few weeks later letting me know that the product was not available. They asked if I wanted a refund and I confirmed I wanted my refund. It's March now and they have not refunded me yet!

I’ve had a completely unacceptable experience with this company. I placed a $250 order at the end of October 2025 and, despite multiple emails and even phone calls (after tracking down their mobile number), I received zero updates until February 2026. That’s over three months of complete silence. After finally getting a response from Mia and replying, it has now been another month with no further communication.
To see if the first order was just a once-off issue, I placed a second order at the end of November under a different name and address. That order did eventually arrive in January 2026 but it still took over a month, despite being advertised as fast and free express shipping (1–3 days).
The consistent delays and lack of communication show a clear pattern of poor customer service, and judging by other reviews, this isn’t an isolated case.
I don’t even mind waiting, but if you’re taking people’s money, basic communication is the bare minimum. I actually liked the products, which is why I ordered so much for my brother’s birthday. Unfortunately, the service and shipping are completely unreliable.
As an Aussie gym influencer, I won’t be ordering from or promoting this brand again.
