Was by time noticed and by time received my Documents and renewed price is fare ok

I installed the zina tv +5 and can’t get anything.
I used to have the istar A8000 and only enter the code to connect.
Can’t get anything on this new zina box

I don't recived renewal code to now.!
Why?

This time I'm not happy with the service I mead 2 purchase one of them by a mistake and there’s no option to cancel or speak to anyone plus non of my purchases went through and still haven’t received any code
I don’t understand what’s happening it’s been almost 2 days

I've purchasd one of their devices recently, it was very easy and smooth process, the price was great as it was on soecial. The delivey of my order was very fast. On top of that the customer service was proffesional, I had a small issue with the chanals order, I've contacted them and they were able to resolve my issue within less than half hour.
