Can't return items. They advertise one item and ship a different one and you can't return it.

Ordered what I thought would be 2 pretty linen/cotton dresses...Long shipping, wrong items, offered a $10 refund for $80 spent. Blamed receipt of wrong items on photography lighting, and technique. Told me to keep the items sent (I wouldn't even let my dog sleep on them), because return shipping takes too long, and they'll send me $10. After reading reviews here, emailed them to go eat a bag of excrement, lose my email on their "coupon offer" list. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They DO NOT PROVIDE INVOICES with your order. The clothes are not what is represented on the website. The quality is horrible. I want a refund.

Be so careful I have four orders from 4 differ “companies “ but the clothes are all the same! No way to return or get my money back!

Clothes arrived but they are not the clothes that were ordered. When you try to return the clothes this is the email you get back:

SCAM COMPANY - AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The items ordered took approx 1 month to get to me
and when I received them, were the wrong items, the description on the web site
ISNAYA IS NOT THE SAME OF THE ITEMS I RECEIVED..
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...
I ATTEMPTED TO E MAILED THEM WITH THE ISSUE... BUT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THEM...

My mum ordered a 2 pce plum coloured outfit for a wedding but received a lime green shirt and mustard coloured pants. Have emailed them for refund but heard nothing back. What a joke

Total scam, do not buy. Polyster junk, looks nothing like the pictures they show. How are they getting away with this???

This company is a rip off. I ordered a white top and received a weird black top with cats on it? When I queried this they said I would have to pay the return shipping or accept a refund of half of what I paid. Company refund policy was the response to my saying the mistake was theirs not mine. No white top and half my money gone. This company is a scam ! Don’t buy anything from them!!

There is nothing good about this company. Their fabrics are not true to description. A denim pinafore showed up as a black, big buttoned sack dress made of polyester. A ruffle bottom linen jacket looked like something a gangster would wear, shiny and long with a hood and zipper (the photo showed a victorian style, linen jacket with a scooped hemline. Don't bother buying here.

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever dealt with. I ordered 4 women's clothing items and did not receive any of the items I ordered that looked like what was in their catalog. Then to try and return the items was a nightmare. I still haven't received my refund credit. Do not order anything from this fraud company.

I ordered an indigo pinafore dress but received an ugly black dress in the wrong size. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal and requested a refund in which I received immediately. If you can not or will not comply with what the customer ordered closed down. This is a scam!! Always use Pay Pal because they will insure your order.

I have ordered a nice looking dress but received a totally different - which is BTW NOT on the website. I have tried to contact the company through customer service - they have not answered back. I would like to have my money back - but unfortunately it is not possible. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT CHECK TRUSTPILOT BEFORE BUYING !!!!!!!!!

OBS OBS!! Be aware, don't buy anything from Isnaya, they are crooks.

All the clothes advertised are NOT what you get! Gorgeous pictures but not at all what will show up at your door and the sizes are not true to order. It took over a month to receive and one item I never received. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company please! Save your money for another reputable company.!

The clothes I got (2 months after I bought them) look nothing like what I ordered.

Products received were NOT as advertised.
They advertised cotton + linen, which they were not - all polyester.
They were not the clothing design advertised - they posted + promoted images from another site, as if they were their own.
Waited 2 months to receive - no tracking info.
So very disappointed.

Do not buy from this supplier it is a scam , clothes look lovely in the photos but after waiting nearly two months they sent me polyester rubbish, clothes that did not look anything at all like the photos I sent an email to try and get money back but they blocked my email address

You only get one star because I can’t give. isnaya a big fat NOTHING they have scammed me no dress for me but my £123 of my hard got money in you dirty hands you make me sick your a disgrace don’t but from. Isnaya no no no. If this website saves one other person from being ripped off them I’m happy.

Please don’t fall for this like I did. They use gorgeous photos of cotton lace, then send you cheap polyester knockoffs. Even that took more than a month to arrive. No return address. Widely varying sizes in the same order. Seriously, don’t order no matter how beautiful the pictures look. It is indeed “too good to be true.”
