I had to change my wifi name and as a result, I had to reinstall my gogogate. I emailed support and Sam responded with the instructions. It took about five minutes and the system is back up and running.

The support is super responsive and the answers are straightforward. Sam Copsey is a gem!

I purchased a iSmartgate lite with a iSmartgate indoor camera. This is for my double garage door. I had a few issues getting the camera to work, but with excellent support from Sam I had it working. I am very happy with my purchase would highly recommend.

I've had my gogogate2 since 2016 and it has been flawless. I recently had to change my garage door controller due to a fault, so the kit I had was no longer compatible in the current wiring form for this new opener.

I contacted the iSmartGate support team via email and was assisted by Sam Copsey who was very helpful. After a few days of emailing and explaining, my nearly 10 year old remote garage opener is back to life and working with my new garage kit! Thanks again to Sam, a credit to the company.

I bought a first iSmartgate Pro and after a year it failed. The company didn't respond. I bought a second one and it arrived defective. So far I wasn't able to receive a replacement. They keep lying about the shipping of the new product. After complaining they created a fake shipping label more than one week ago and they never shipped anything. I don't know if this is just colossal incompetence or fraudulent acting. Just stay away and if you want to buy a smart gate opener search among most respectable companies.
