Ordered a bottle, money has been taken , and nearly 3 weeks later no water bottle and no response to emails. Is there anything that can be done about this as it’s disgusting that this is happening to lots of people from what I can see? Anyone?! Help! Scam!!

I made an order beginning of June, not received. I have emailed them several times and messaged them on Facebook (where I saw their original ad). No response. I have opened a dispute on PayPal- no response! Disgusting
