Attention : SAV froid et méprisant caché derrière une image marketing

Ne vous fiez pas au look 'US' du site : c'est une société bien française (SIREN 983720640) qui se cache derrière une interprétation abusive du droit de la consommation pour ignorer sa responsabilité de vendeur.

Commande de produits de lactation bloquée 7 jours. Face à la détresse d'une maman en rupture de stock, le SAV me répond froidement par écrit que l'aide à l'allaitement n'est pas un 'besoin vital' pour justifier leur refus de geste commercial.

C'est une honte pour une marque basée à Paris qui prône la bienveillance. Ils encaissent l'argent mais se moquent éperdument de l'alimentation de votre nouveau-né une fois la commande passée. À fuir, privilégiez des marques qui ont vraiment une éthique et du respect pour les parents.
