The delivery man is really unreliable
The delivery man is really unreliable. During both deliveries, we were present and available. Our doorbell was ringing, and the gate was open. It was enough to knock on the door. We are impatiently awaiting this package because our shower is broken. We are very disappointed. It's not the first problem with DPD delivrery. For instance is not a good solution. Now, we are wary every time we are delivered by them.

Impossible to finalize an order without…
Impossible to finalize an order without taxes for an export to the French Indies islands ( ST BARTHELEMY ) either by phone or by mail, via a transport maritime company.
Availability of a product changes all the time, on your website from in stock, 2-3 weeks to 6-8 weeks in the same hour !!! so you don't really what to expect. Therefore, instead of placing just one order, I have been obliged to place 3 orders !!!
Very difficult to have a commercial on the phone to get information.
