This website is not reliable. I had a delay from 2 to 3 weeks on the website . After one month, nothing was delivered. I create a real problem for me

THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IS THE NEED TO ACCEPT COOKIES TO PASS COMMANDE.
If the need is to allow checking the validity of the payement mean there should be some other ways to do it.

Complete site, the concept of pricing for delivery is not very clear at the start so it took me a lot longer than expected...

After checking directly with them regarding the most likely shipping date for a Hansgrohe faucet I placed my order in October and expected it to be completed sometimes in November.

Turns out their shipping estimations 3-5wks were "default" ones but as they had started to receive other components of my order I decided to wait until mid-Jan (their latest estimation).

End of Jan, as I still didn't receive a shipping confirmation/update I got in touch with them again to learn that the components they told me had been put aside had actually been shipped to another customer, postponing my order to mid-April...

I finally decided to cancel my order and asked to be reimbursed as the law and their T&Cs allow me to. They agreed but warned me that it would take at least 14 days to get my money back... well, what about respecting the European law which states that you must be reimbursed in 14 days max or face penalties?

Update based on isi-sanitaire reply: here's what you sent me by email on Feb, 3rd: "Le remboursement prend au minimum 14 jours" 🤨

In order to optimize the researches on products I would recommend to (i) leave the references of the constructor exactly like their are (e.g. Geberit references with points) and (ii) keep this reference as a key research index. Be careful, some photos where not appropriate or missing for some products (refer to GEBERIT 111071001).

Otherwise, smooth and smart interfaces. Nice job and thank you for offering such a support to customers !

Avoid this company they are scammers

We bought some products from them several months. We returned the good because they didn't fit and Isi-Sanitaire.fr confirmed receipt of the returned goods. However despite many requests from our side no refund has been made. One of the most frustrating bunch of liars we have had the misfortune to come across. They also go under the name of Superbath.co.uk avoid them.

Please ignore the company response below, they still have our money and I've given up on getting it back - do not buy anything from these people it's a scam.
