Do not buy here please, it is a scam I bought a bag that I have never received it and they didn’t give me any kind of solution. They are not professional I lost my money for nothing

Do not use these people, you will not know where your item is coming from before it's too late.

Ordered a Panama hat for a friend's birthday. From looking at the website it appears they are based in the Netherlands. After chasing 2-weeks later I was told they did not have my correct address, which is weird as it was paid for via ApplePay which I have ordered items many times before. Item still took a further 3 weeks to arrive by which point my friend's birthday had passed and I made other arrangements.

On receiving the item it was poor quality and actually arrived from Hong Kong NOT the Netherlands.

Once I asked to return the item they will try and avoid this at all costs, offering you more and more store credit via their website, all the while pointing out that sending could mean it gets lost. the store credit started at 30% and no need to return the item, after many emails it got to 70%. finally getting the return label the address is listed in Hong Kong.

If they don't want the item back why not just give me my money back?????????

Sending the item back from the UK to Hong Kong would cost almost the same amount as a potential refund. When pointing out the differences in address they are not interested. At this point they can keep my £25 as it's not worth the hassle.

Got, exactly what I purchased but waited a long time as it arrived from China, not France.

Ordered a sweater and it’s apparently on its way … 3 weeks have passed … company is not responding to my emails .. have I been scammed ??

A scam. They sent poor quality products then offer only a China (ie expensive) return address. I didn't even receive one of the items. Really awful experience - don't go near.

I placed an order from this company, and am told that my address is incorrect. I have assured them that my address is correct and have given them added instructions to help them find me. I live on a main road (A6121) and have also given them the Google Ref No, but they only reply for the correct address.
My patience exhausted, I have asked for a refund, but I still get the same message requesting my correct address. I certainly do not recommend this company

They are a complete con. The shoes I ordered for my husband are basically counterfeits. Poor quality. It's not possible to wear them. They don't match the description or photo on the site. The customer service is terrible they will only give refund voucher , not for the full amount to spend on their site. I don't want anything else from them. I wanted a refund as they did not provide what ordered and paid for. The address they give is a Dutch one, so it's impossible to report them to french trading standards. Don't use them.
