I had a horrible experience where I…

I had a horrible experience where I ordered 2 light fixtures and they sent the wrong sizes. Instead of offering to allow me to return them free of charge they said they were international and would not be covering return shipping expenses. This is poor customer service. The light fixtures are still sitting in my garage not being used. This is unlawful.

No contact with the seller

No contact with the seller. I've been sending countless emails for a month, wanting to return the product. The website states 30 days for returns, so how can I do that if the seller doesn't respond?

I bought smart glasses from their…

I bought smart glasses from their website and instead of maximum 8 day i had to wait oner 3 weeks for the delivery. During the 3 weeks I contacted them 3 times via email and got a responce saying to be patient and praising that the glasses are really good and i wont be disappointed. After over 3 weeks of waiting patiently it finally arrived only to know the glasses were not worth buying. They didn't come in a case and were just wrapped in a bubble wrap. The glasses are hard to focus specially not safe for driving despite advertising that it's suitable for all vision requirements. Now that I want to return the glasses with in the return policy the company has blocked all of my emails. I have send 4 emails and all 4 emails are undelivered. DO NOT buy from Isabelle-mode. They are dodgy.

Falsely advertised Waldorf Doll from Isabelle Mode

I purchased a Waldorf Doll from Isabelle Mode as a present for my first grandchild who is due in the summer. I picked a Waldorf Doll as they are hand made with soft woolen hair and clothes and they have all natural, soft materials inside and covering the body and while they are all individually made, those making them are meant to follow the pattern and style of clothes, etc, as each doll has a different name and style. What I received from Isabelle Mode was a hard plastic doll (face & body) and had only slightly similar clothing. This was not the doll which was advertised, in description and photos, as a Waldorf Doll is a known type of doll, and people purchase them as they are soft and natural, not plastic. I emailed the company to complain and asked for a refund, however they will not cover the cost of the return of the doll, as they say it is the policy of the customer to pay same. When I pointed out that the only reason I was returning the doll, was because they had falsely advertised the doll, therefore the cost of return should be paid by the company, they are still refusing to cover the return cost.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!! I bought a dress that is such poor quality, very little resemblance to the online photo and did not fit. Have been trying to contact them for a refund but now appears their website is not working or they've gone offline.

Item was NOT as described!! Very roughly sewn up too! BEWARE of this company!!

Very poor quality products.

Bought some canvas pumps/shoes. Rubbish quality. Seller claims the pumps I bought have orthopaedic support - they have nothing of the sort and are made of cheap materials. Sizing is too small. Shoes came in a plastic bag not a box and delivery took over 2 weeks. And they were not cheap.
Avoid!

Ordered a pair of glasses on 9th March…

Ordered a pair of glasses on 9th March from their Denmark branch and still awaiting delivery despite emailing them 4 times. Very bad customer service and no indication from them when my paid product will be delivered. Despite asking for a refund they keep telling me not to worry. How would you feel.if this happened to you?

Customer service is very polite

Customer service is very polite, but it took them about 48 hours to reply to my email. They completely solved my issue, but a live chat feature on the website would be much more convenient.

The Rachel handbag is beautiful

The Rachel handbag is beautiful, but it is slightly larger in person than I imagined from the pictures. It’s still fantastic for carrying my laptop and daily essentials, so I'm happily keeping it.
