Dreadful experience ordered 15th Sept and still waiting for goods as of 10th Oct. If you order through ebay Ironmongery World have nothing to do with the ebay orders??? Have given them 24hrs to respond otherwise cancelling. Should have done this in the first place my advice is get a refund and go somewhere else.
Arrived 10th Oct nearly a month on from when I placed the order? But thank you, let's just hope it's all there and works?

Just a note to say what excellent customer service! I ordered a non standard oak shelf and two set of brackets on Monday and it was all delivered earlier today. We’re very impressed with Ironmongery World’s service. A special thank you to Mujisa x

I have now used Ironmongery World 3 times and the first couple of times they were brilliant. I then ordered 2 sets of shelf brackets on next day delivery and still hadn't received them 4 days after ordering. I rang to ask where they were as I had received no email advising me of a delay and was told that one of the items was out of stock. I got no apology and no answer when I asked why I hadn't been emailed to let me know. It is now 9 days since I ordered them and I phoned again today as they have not been delivered as I was assured they would be. The lady answering the phone, Zarah, is neither friendly nor helpful and really could not care less that you are not getting what you had ordered. A shame that this company has gone downhill so much as their products are lovely but I will not be using them again as their customer service is now non-existent.

Useless! Free next day delivery, apparently not! Excuse no1, it's in our t&c. Excuse no2, driver shortage, excuse no3, the weather. Seems they missed Brexit and incompetence!
