Unfortunately they couldn't fulfill my order because of outside supplier. They let me know quickly and I cancelled the order and received a refund within a couple of days. I would certainly use them again if required.

Top company, not only are the prices good, delivery excellent and web site easy, my original order was not fit for job due to my own ordering error but they discounted the original purchase and also discounted the replacement handles, couldn't really ask for more. Will be using again

It was not clear on our checkout page that Elavon was our payment processor, used to process all types of card payments.
We have now changed this to "Elavon All Card Payments" and added the card logos for Visa, Mastercard etc.
