Occasionally when we ship direct from our suppliers it is possible that the product shows as being in stock when the order is placed, but is no longer available when we try to trigger the dispatch. When this is the case we try to contact the customer as quickly as possible to offer an alternative, source from a different supplier or offer a full refund. I think everything about it was first class. The description of the goods, the delivery on time, excellent wrapping and clear instructions on how to return the goods if necessary. Delayed delivery by appointed Courier
My previous review of one star was in no way a reflection on Ironmongery Plus but on the delivery of my items via the appointed Courier. They did not keep me informed that it was not going to be delivered on the day specified by them, despite sending an email directly to them by myself!!
Therefore I have given a revised five star rating to Ironmongery Plus (apologies) who have been very professional and helpful to me when I had any queries prior to ordering the items in question.
