Worst ever experience with broker company. If you starting to ask questions, you treated as a fraudulent person.
Online support can just close chat while you trying to ask questions.

1. You telling not true. It is Ironbeam account. I was logged into to my account via ironbeam.com, when it was active. I asked questions via online chat and was recognised as a client.

2. Your support stuff tells me via online chat that I am fraud (whatevery it means).
I asked you by phone call what was meant by "fraud". No answer, only "blablabla".
3. Your sutuff quitting chat leaving questions unanswered (chat nickname larry.mcerlean). Investigate better. You sitting right beheind each other physically, in the office (your company staff tell this via phone call). You exactly know what is wrong and was able to help, but you decided just get rid of me and my questions.
4. NONE of my email to your company "clientservice" was answered. NONE.
I have chat transcript, account screenshot. I will provide it to trustpilot staff if required.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. If you call the phone some guy picks up the phone probably from his bedroom or something and does not give you a chance to speak and directly asks you for your account number so he can transfer you to the person who is handling your account. The guy named Brent is abrupt as well. Never bothers to respond to emails even after several follow ups. I want to deposit funds and trade with ironbeam, but based on my experience with their customer service they look very shady to me especially after reading others' reviews about withdrawal delays etc.

monthly statement option with a download
The broker is good but the daily statement only being available without a download option is a downside. Having a monthly statement option with a download option would be much more helpful for filing income tax purposes.

Read this review if you’re considering the mobile app!
I love the potential for this broker and how everything should work being that it’s cloud based. I was looking to use this broker’s mobile app and web based trading, while away from my home office which I use NT8. But for a broker who, has all 3 types of trading available I’m not convinced that the mobile or convenience is really there. The rep I’m talking to (Alex) is slowly loosing my confidence for the mobile and web based trading. So idk if this broker isn’t putting effort into the mobile app efficiency. Every time I speak or tell him my plans he pushes the platform…or tells me how the mobile may not work or something/may be slow/internet connection…yea that’s the obvious. I trade options swing and day trades using Think or Swim mobile app, been doing it for years…matter of fact TD Ameritrade encourages app usage. I day trade some things on MT4’s mobile app..no issues! Now Alex is definitely pushing the Application process. Wanting you to join and sign up and he’s definitely keeping in contact with concerns. Like currently I just signed up and got the email saying the account is made but for some odd reason when I attempt to log in it freezes for about 5 mins and then says connection lost (mobile and web). The reply…internet connection, however ToS app working smoothly as well as MetaTrader. Now I’m not gonna just give up on the potential in Iron Beam I definitely can see it. But my personal opinion is the “whole package” of this company is not developed enough yet. Don’t focus on getting that initial fee, instead focus on the quality of your server based idea, so that I don’t just close the app and open another app and do the same thing better. A lot of people are trading mobile, using bracket orders and other various ways of trading. So don’t let a little effort created mobile app be a potential downfall.
