If I could give ZERO stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. What is the point in being able to call for assistance for people that work there to be rude? If you don't like your job, find something else to do.

They were extremely rude immediately upon answering the phone. The tone was like, 'why are you calling bothering me?' It's utterly disgusting that people like this exist. The guy rudely raised his voice several times. This is what "Customer Service" is these days. I will never use them again!

Mike Murphy was great

Mike Murphy was great. He helped me get my money wired from my bank. The problem that I had was with the wire instructions. The aren't very clear.

All the important boxes check

Great customer service, cheap fees, the platform is spartan but usable. Looking forward to a long relationship with this great broker. Also opened an account with ninjatrader at the same time, i love the platform but hate that broker. Ironbeam all the way for me.

Highly disappointed with Ironbeam

Highly disappointed with Ironbeam. Website stated 0% commission for 1 month and $0.39 per contract after that. My first week trading, I was charged $0.99 per contract so I asked for a full refund on the incorrect commission. They told me I was ineligible for the 0% promo due to a disclaimer that was listed in a totally different section of the webpage and there was an error with my promo code for the $0.39 commission rate. I then asked for a partial refund due to the confusion with the poorly placed disclaimer and the promo code error and they refused. This is a terrible business practice and poor customer service; all over $100 in commission.

Stress Free Trading

I've only been trading Futures for a short while and Ironbeam came highly recommended. Setup is stress-free and commissions are super affordable for someone just getting their feet wet. Support is personal and quick which you need when everything is still new. And most importantly the ability to get in and out of trades in a heartbeat while connected through a third-party platform makes trading a real pleasure.

Mike was extremely helpful and patient…

Mike was extremely helpful and patient while guiding me through the use of the platform.
If I could suggest improvements, it would be on drawing tools and indicators, especially fibonacci.
Also, the ability to to click on the chart and set buy and sell and limit orders while setting stop loss and take profit all by "dragging" to desired price action.

Happy new client

Overall experience was fine. Had a little snag trying to open an account on a Saturday but the staff was very helpful and everything was resolved the next business day.

Some help files (not videos) would be nice in the Getting Started area and also some online help on how to do the basic functions like add volume to a chart, etc.

All in all though I think I will be a satisfied customer for a long time to come :)
