Unreliable Giftcard System. Poor customer service
I received an eGift card from the company iQor GiftAway program, which offers gift cards redeemable for groceries and other essentials. Despite successfully completing the redemption process, I have yet to receive the e-gift code. I reached out to their helpdesk for assistance, and here is their response:
**Helpdesk Reply:**
"Hi. It’s unfortunate that you’re still having trouble receiving the eGift. Upon checking, it seems that the delivery method set for the order is SMS only. You may coordinate with us through the same email thread. Thank you very much."
While I acknowledge that the delivery method was reportedly set to SMS only, I would like to highlight that during the redemption process on May 31st, 2025, I explicitly selected both SMS and email as delivery methods. Furthermore, my email address was included in the order confirmation, which confirms its association with the transaction.
Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, it remains unresolved, so I am leaving 1-star ratings.
