beware ! I would give him zero stars if I could. Not trustworthy. They didn’t even give me the tracking . I sent them several emails. Their phone number goes directly to voicemail. I left messages. They never returned the call. Finally sent an email saying you a bunch of scammers. You didn’t even give me a tracking number. They gave me this tracking number which I believe is fake and yet today, I have yet to receive the items. Do not buy from them scammers

THEY STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS. IT'S A BAIT AND SWITCH.THEY ADVERTISE PRODUCTS AND DO NOT ACTUALLY SHIP THEIR ORDER AND, IN FACT, REFUSE A REFUND CHARGING A 30% RESTOCKING FEE FOR AN ITEM THEY NEVER SHIPPED IN THE FIRST PLACE!! THEY CANNOT EVEN PROVIDE A LEGITIMATE TRACKING NUMBER. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES! IT'S A SCAM, IN MY OPINION AND EXPERIENCE! THEY KEPT MY CHRISTMAS PRESENT AND THE MONEY!!

I ordered one T-shirt (although the price was quite expensive) on June 4 and it finally arrived on June 12. Quality was OK, but the shirt material did show through on the lighter colors. I ordered a large and it was HUGE, so wanted to exchange for a medium. I went to their website and found a "Return/Exchange" paragraph that mentioned return postage would be paid by the customer and a 30% restocking fee would be charged. The website instructed me to contact them. I did and was informed that they do not accept returns/exchanges on t-shirts. They offered me a 30% discount on another shirt. Not acceptable- what website doesn't offer exchanges? Will not order from them again.

SCAM! December 6 i Ordered 2 scarves, said 10-14 days. confirmation email included a link to track shipment. That link went to 17tracking.net Showed my package departed china, made it, via USPS, thru NY, NJ, IL (USPS facility 3 miles from me) to Indianapolis, where it's stayed since 12/24. I contacted customer service, got a boilerplate response with it turns out, same tracking number but this one showed my package still in NY- customs. Later, i received a confirmation email saying my package had been delivered, to Houghton MI... 441 miles away! I contacted them, havent heard since

Very skeptical about ordering from isupportlgbt.org site, it was difficult to tract down any info on them. However I did complete an order for 2 T-shirts, received them along with tracking, and in the correct sizes, and materials are good quality. Still have questions re: the charity donations, and who actually is running this place.

Placed an order in early December and have still not received the item at the end of February despite paying for express delivery. I have tried to contact them via email, facebook and messenger several times with no response. Awful service. I have been scammed out of my money
