Was hesitant to order from Japan to US. Did some research for reassurance. Got an awesome Seiko, that's not sold in the US, at an amazing price, even after shipping and duties. Took about a week altogether. Very pleased! I will be ordering again soon. Highly recommend Ippo and have been telling my fellow watch enthusiasts about my experience.

The watch was sent 1 week after ordering. It arrived 2 days after been shipped. This is impressive delivery. The watch was brand new and came with all the boxes, papers, warranty cards, protective stickers etc. They are not very talkative, but are very punctual. I asked them when the watch will shipped, they reply with a day, and on that day the watch was shipped. And that was it, don't expect a barrage of email exchanges. I appreciate it, I don't need constant emails about all steps in the process, all the moves they make etc. I like them a lot and highly recommend this company. Ah, and their price was the best I could find.

After confirmation of my purchase (which took a short time only) IPPO JAPAN WATCH needed 2 weeks in order to send a tracking information. This after emails in English with the request and finally in a japanese translation. So far not such a good experience. As soon I got the tracking number all went well. Standard package, great watch inside :)

Good experience. Quicky processed order and fast shipping. Watch is new, with stickers and tags.

My order took about two weeks to be fulfilled and shipped. IPPO recommended shipping the watch and band separately, so I received the watch first. The band arrived about a week later after being held in customs due to missing paperwork. In total, it took around three weeks to receive everything.

That said, I do want to give IPPO credit they were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process.

Very happy with my purchase of seiko 5 ssk003 and in fact bought another one. Shipping was quick and the team was responding quickly with my questions.

The watch is amazing, just as advertised. From purchased to shipping it was smooth sailing, that being said if you buy something it may take some time from the time of purchase to the time they ship it. Another problem was the delivery company DHL just left the package at the door step with no signature, someone could have stolen and made off with a nice chunk of change..thats the major issue I had.
