Trustworthy Watch Seller
IPPO Japan Watch responded quickly to my purchase. Within five days they shipped my watch and within two days it was out for delivery! The watch and its box were in great condition.
The only downside, which is not the seller's fault, is that I had to pay customs as well as the tariff for receiving a shipment from Japan. When I had added the watch to my basket, I was informed that I would have to pay duties and tariffs so it was not unexpected.
I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend IPPO Japan Watch and their great prices for any watch enthusiast or someone just wanting a nice watch that is difficult to find in the US.

If there's one watch I'd buy again, it would be this one. Citizen must have considered it one of their icons, and created a version that pays homage to this marvel from the '80s. IPPO JAPAN WATCH did what was necessary: fast and accurate shipping. Congratulations on such excellent work.

Japanese Domestic Market Casios
I ordered 2 Casio watches from IPPO JAPAN WATCH because they were Japanese domestic market watches which I couldn't find in the USA. My experience with the company was great. I was able to easily find the watches that I wanted on their website at a reasonable price (I did have to pay import duties but that is not the fault of IPPO WATCH.). Shipping was quick as they had the watches in stock. The longest wait with the shipping process was the back and forth with DHL to pay the import tax. I will definitely check the IPPO website the next time I'm in the market for a Japanese watch. I highly recommend them.

Ordered a discontinued G-Shock Frogman (GWF-D1000B-1JF) that almost nobody had in stock as new. Ippo had it at the best price I found anywhere, and I checked everywhere.
Sourcing took a little longer than the usual turnaround, and here’s what impressed me: they emailed me proactively before I ever had to ask, explained the delay, and gave me a direct line to a real person. Then it shipped DHL Express from Japan with tracking and cleared customs without drama.
The watch arrived brand new, authentic, and exactly as described. For hard-to-find Japanese models, this is how it should be done. I’d buy from them again without hesitation.

Order was okay, but hidden charges is bad
Order was good, but the shipping policy need to be transparent. Stated free shipping, then when payment time, shipping was not free, it says under $1000 purchase, shipping is not free.
Also please make payment easy using direct card payment to bank. as PayPal currency exchange rates tends to be higher. Probably will not order again from Ippo due to no hidden charges (shipping & exchange rates)
